Aura- Stuck in the Hood IC

So far, Harlem has been seeing some pretty sunny, and hot, weather. Not really Kanes cup of tea. "Man. Why is it, that with all my successful missions, I'm sent on baby sitter duty?" He asked the world at large, as he trudged through the streets searching for a kid who possessed aura powers. "If this turns out to be a false alarm, someone at the top of the ladder will be hearing about this really fast." He growled, rounding another street corner.

He pulled up short, then his mouth dropped. In front of him was some punk kid, holding a car up. In no way shape or form was he touching said car. The people in the car looked really upset, and a guy seemed to be digging in his back pocket for his wallet. "Now, thats a strange sight. A kid almost shaking a car like a little kid shakes his piggy bank. Still, that seems like a waste of talent to me. This must be him, now lets see." He started digging through the pockets on his coat until he found a slip of paper. "Name.... age... blah blah... Ah, here it is. 'If no change is made in the subjects use of his/her power in six days, then sealing is authorized. After seven days, sealing is required.' Ok." He tucks the paper back into his pocket, and starts forward.

He lifted up his right hand, and brought it down slowly. The car shuddered for a second while two powers collided, then it settled to the ground. "You two stay there, i want a statement." Kane said to the people in the car. They both nodded their heads, clearly not wanting to argue with him about anything. The looked he was about to run, but Kane stopped him. "No you don't boy. You will be apologizing to these people, then you had better have a good reason for me, about why you are not in school right now."

 

Kane sighed. "Wow, this kid is a real nooby. Good day to you two." He added to the people in the car. With that, he turned on the spot and vanished.

He reappeared in front of the kid. "Hey, i wasn't done with you." He said with a smile. "And running from me is not going to work out. I haven't introduced myself. Names Kane, agent for the Angels of Peace. And you are my mission of the day, so don't try leaving."
