    I have always dreamed of this day, from the momment I learned the concept of Science this has been my goal. An Artificial Human... living... blood running through his or her veins... a mind that can think and develop... but they are still not the same... no... they are better... MUCH BETTER !!! Far more advanced, far stronger, with the ability to fly beyond the capacity of the normal human being... I do not have much time left though... I will never see my creations live their lives... but him... I brought him back to world that he was plucked away from... he will live life once again. And I leave this world with these gifts... live again... Kota...

    This is the year 2083, sevnteen years after a nuclear war ravaged the globe humans now live in underground cities with artificial skies. The war was ended by a man by the name of Kota who was able to assassinate the leader of the Seekers, a group of scientists who believed that only the strongest should be allowed to live. However a small piece of his soul remained, Samantha Winfield was a member of Kota's assault squad and a pioneer in the feild of artificial biology. She created a group of artificially maid beings which are known as reactors. They are able to synchronize and draw energy from the earth and control specific elements. However while they don't age they live off a life source which can only be obtained by defeating other Reactors, Reactors now fight in order to live. It is their choice now, Ally with other reactors or kill each other, it is all in their hands.

    Arashi is a rather strange individual with a serious personality, he is very speculative and has a very quick and thorough though process which relies heavily on statistics, however, even with his incredible thought process he is often sloppy and very lazy and is considered a minimalist. He also has quite the temper and will quickly resort to violence even if it's illogical. He also compares every situation he is in to a game in which he will win if he gets rid of all his cards. He in a sense is very cold, he will kill enemies without a second thought although deep in his heart it really hurts him. However even through his rough exterior he is a very respectful and caring individual and will fight fro the one he cares for with his life.

    Bio-
    Arashi was one of the first Reactors ever created and is one of the most powerful, wielding the power to control wind. He was created using the soul of Kota, who he bears a very strong resemblance to. He was first hired by the government as a contractor before turning on the government and joining the NWO who sought to reveal the many secrets the government was keeping from the public. During his time in the NWO he was told of the person whom he was designed after. Kota was the individual who ended the nuclear war that had ravaged the world above. He used a secret weapon which destroyed the base of the enemy, who had been making advanced nuclear weaponry. Although he was one of the most powerful members of the NWO he soon began to see the void between humans and Reactors and quit, dismissing the whole Organization's purpose as pointless and naive. After that he continued his job as a private contractor, taking jobs from individuals and earning money through all his jobs. He lived his relatively boring life until conflicts began to deepen between both humans and Reactors, when Avion's Wing and Gaia's Fist were both formed he decided that he would make it his job to defeat them without NWO's help. His abilities soon earned him the nickname "Whirlwind Blade Arashi", a name feared by Human and Reactor alike. NWO is still trying to recruit him.

    Aerokinesis- He has full control over wind, creating whirlwinds and small tornados with a snap of his fingers. He also uses this abilities to increase speed, enabling him to move at supersonic speeds often creating sonic booms with every sword slash.

    Personality-
    Kirin is very cautious and thinks things before acting. He is very intelligent and is a fast learner. He is very polite to familiar people and he is the type that "never gives up". He is protective of his things and he is 'now' careful and is aware of it, because his soul's original body as a kid was a victim of suffering of too much wounds. He likes peaceful times.
    He is very quiet, and easily gets bored.
    But, he is revengeful and avengeful, which people are aware too, of.

    Bio-
    Kirin was one of the strongest Reactors to be created, being able to control earth. He was created from the soul (Korega, who also had demon ancestors) when Korega sacrificed himself to protect his friends from a very dangerous, large enemy. Kirin has an extreme resemblance to his looks, they are exactly like the same as Korega and their personalities are the same, but Kirin had few new ones. He was experienced with his new abilities and was more serious. Kirin was the given name to him by the NWO due to his fast, physical speed. He was recruited into NWO when he was really curious about him being created. He had no any memory of his past due to his new body. But he worked at NWO fast, as he is a fast learner. As Kirin continued his current life, he starts to learn the deep side of humans and Reactors. Kirin became more intelligent as he keeps reading to gain intelligence: also a trait from his former body. He thought of more peace. One day, Kirin temporarily left NWO. He started to create his own weapon. He failed, and he started finding one.
    Then, that night, he found an open space in the forest where a ruined castle full of plants is located. He slashed the plants as they also had thorns and deep in the castle, there was a very rare katana. It used to look like a normal but shiny katana, but Kirin designed it with his powers. It took him a whole night.
    Then, Kirin returned to NWO and began to train more.

    Kirin then started to get into fighting and training as promised. He was really hardworking and accepted tasks that even are dangerous, and even when it can risk his own current life.

    He started to be a great person. Still, he is also still seeking for a good future.

    Weapon(s)-
    Earth Katana - A dangerous rare katana. This katana can also wield earth powers, but since Kirin already has Geokinesis which can manipulate earth, it can only enhance Kirin's Geokinesis.

    Blaster - A weapon similiar to Megaman's Blaster (search if you don't know what it is) and can be attached to the wielder's arm. It can blast enemies by a powerful wave of blast. It also can charge the blast, making it stronger, but takes time.

    Ability-
    Geokinesis - He can control earth. By this ability, he can create walls, some things and other protective things by earth. He can make any bodies of earth, except Mountains. He also can crush the ground, control rocks, make weapons out of them and many more.

    I like the profile up to the ability, change it to something a little more natural, such as elemental abilities like pyrokinesis and cryokinesis.

    Personality- PROGRAM 001- Destroy all humans... This changed when the weapon joined forces with the lone warrior Arashi, now it seeks to help him put an end to this petty war, without the aid of NWO.

    Bio- A massive machine built by the Avion's after multiple failed attempts at defeating the rebels. This weapon is capable of enormous amounts of firepower and was thus kept within the Avion headquarters for emergencies. However, with the arrival of more and more rebels, Avion has come to a monumental decision: Use the weapon to obliterate the human race, and any who would side with them. However, the weapon turned on its creators, escaping to the outside, it has but one master and that is Arashi.

    Affiliation- Arashi(they both seek the same goal, and thus have a mutual alliance of some sort)

    Ability-

    Core Energy: Dzar opens its massive armored chest and fires a ball of pure energy at the surrounding area.

    Nova: Summons a massive sphere that splits, causing a mini-nuke sized blast of total destruction.

    Shimmering Rain: Dzar spreads its wings and fires one hundred small homing photon bombs at anyone nearby

    Ultima: Summons a ball of dark matter that sucks in anyone within a fifty mile radius. Anyone within gets heavily damaged or even vaporized by the release of the energy within the dark matter when it rips open.

    Catacalysmic disaster: If, by some stroke of luck, Dzar is defeated, its core will overload with dark matter and self destruct, vaporizing everything within three hundred miles of its position.
