Personality: he is kind and caring, however what he thinks is right may sometimes be wrong... he will do anything to do what he thinks is right. Most of the times he can be a pretty nice guy, he just can't stand people being cruel and unkind, so he will make them pay for it

History: Raxtion does not remember much. His memory was lost. He merely awoke to find himself in some sort of pod. He has multiple scars on him, and a small bump on his head. He doesn't even know how long he's been in this pod. Raxtion is certain of a few things though. His name, his power, and his sense of what's right and wrong.

Attacks: These are a few of Raxtion's signature attacks. However, he is not limited to these attacks, and can branch out to manipulate lightning any way he chooses.

Pile Drive: this is when Raxtion jump's into the air and spin's in a counter-clockwise motion then surrounds himself with electricity. when he comes down he blows away anyone who is on the ground.

Nova Blast: Raxtion concetrates all his power into a small sphere of energy which, when he propel's it, will explode once it reaches the target.

Thunder Rian: Raxtion summon's a few lightning bolt's to whack multiple opponents

Bolt Punch: Raxtion surrounds his fist with lightning and hit's the opponent

This, however, can sometimes result badly if Rako is weaker than the person he's trying to mimic. Rako can become an exact duplicate in some cases of the person he just copied. Rako is aware of this, and is careful of who he copies.

Personality: He is twisted and evil, serving only one purpose. The purpose of his master, to bring about as much blood shed as possible. He loves nothing more than the pleasure of hearing someone exhale their last breath.

History: He is just starting his plague on society at the orders of his master. His quest to bring blood shed begins now...
