Background:

In 2009, 11 Republics of Commonwealth of Independent States which were once scattered into pieces with a fall of former Soviet Union, comes together for reintegration under the leadership of the president of Russia - 'Vladimir Mashkov', a conservative ultranationalist. On the anniversary of national founding day of Soviet Union (December 30th), great empire of NRF (Neo Russia Federation) comes to life with its territory occupying 1/6 of earth's land surface and having 3rd largest population in the world after China and India.

Mashkov revives Warsaw Pact under the cause of protecting the Eastern Europe's sovereignty from unjustifiable interventions of US and EU. Eastern Europe countries suffering from great changes permeating in with an introduction of capitalism accepts this treaty thinking that this may be a new

opportunity. Some countries opposing the pact had no choice but to let in NRF's troops into their territory. During this time, power of military gets overwhelming and thus starts to look for something or someone to let out this uncontrollable power. Mashkov in search of targets to gush out this massive power to relieve ever worsening internal complications finally turns his attention to the Black Sea, strategically important area connecting Southeast Europe and Asia. This decision did not meet just someone to bully around, but implied more barrels of oil to keep his great empire running. As a result, democracy falls apart in some Middle East countries and new pro-NRF government starts appearing.

EU, concerned about NRF's rapid expansion, requested immediate evacuation of NRF troops from Eastern Europe and to stop intervention in Middle East countries through all diplomatic channels but Mashkov ignores it. In addition, non EU members plus poor Southern Europe and North Africa countries, those which have been discriminated even though they were members of EU, demonstrated supportive position for NRF with high expectations on this new order in Europe. This extremely fast growth of NRF starts to cast dark clouds that may possible swallow entire Europe. Switzerland and Austria quickly declares neutrality in hopes to survive this gloomy period in Europe.

In January of 2011, as all political and economical approaches failed, EU forces with troops from Germany, France, England and Northern Europe lights up a fire of war by attacking NRF troop stationed in Poland. This was the beginning of never ending Europe War. NRF forces in hunger of war retaliated with great force and EU had to retreat from Poland after suffering substantial loss. NRF's retaliation did not end, rather, they crossed the border of Germany with great number of troops. EU forces tried to stop NRF's troops flooding in from the East but nothing could stop them. NRF comes to occupy entire Germany and even Eastern area of France and maintains aggressive march to completely eliminate key members of EU.

NRF, while attacking EU, carries on a negotiation with China and requests to restrain armed intervention by US in return of oil resources distribution in Middle East. US being restrained by China gets hands tied down, disabling active participation in Europe War. However, China feels threatened by this shocking growth of NRF and suddenly changes its position. New wind starts to blow from the west and Zephyr brings US soldiers with her.

January 2012. EU forces supported by US troops are now in ready for major counterattack…

Story:

Focusing on the actions and valiant deeds of the EU’s Foxtrot Squad, this renown group of Soldiers lead by Second Lieutenant William Jamison Coven helped the EU in their most dire times of need. Facing danger as if it wasn’t a big deal. Risking their lives for the sake of the worlds safety from the NRF. The Squad was formed in 2007 by Coven, who at the time was a Sergeant. Though the higher ranking soldiers never thought he’d be able to successfully lead a squad and live to tell the tale, they soon regretted their doubt. Coven was determined to prove his worth to the leaders of the EU. Showing them and others that he could be the best. And he did. His squad was made up of only 4 other men and they all lived through the firefights and disasters that they would face in the coming years. The story takes place between the years of 2007 and 2010, Following Coven and his men as they braved several different harsh environments, and wiped out any NRF soldier that stood in their way.

Classes:

There are 3 different classes of soldiers that you can be. Point man, Rifleman and Sniper.


Pillar of the team - Rifle Man
Universal soldier for all kinds of operations. Can join in under any battle status. This class is more than capable for all types combats. Can employ wide range of variable strategies. Uses assault rifles for main weapon. High defense rate. Master of grenades. Weak against Point Man when in close range and weak against Sniper when in long range, but expert skills and experience will bring victory in the end.

Master of close-range combats - Point Man
Highly mobile class specialized for close range assaults. Very effective when attacking enemy troops from behind or when scouting. Uses SMGs for main weapon. Very high movement speed. Good for gathering overall combat situation. Very strong when in close range but quickly falls weak when there's some distance.


Never to be seen back support – Sniper

Capable of effective attack in far distance. Suitable for defending certain area or supporting main attack force with covering fire. Uses sniper rifles for main weapon. Skilled use of secondary weapon covers up for abilities lacking in close range combats. Very weak when in close range but can cause substantial damage with great accuracy from distance.

Each class can use a variety of different weapons. They can be modified with different parts depending on the situation.

NPCS: NPCs can be controlled by anyone. Usually fellow soldiers, people controlling NRF characters cannot control EU NPCS. Likewise for EU characters. You can have EU characters kill NRF NPCS. But you need permission to kill a character being specifically controlled by an RPer. Same for NRF. You do not have to control an enemy npc to kill it. Just explain how he was killed and so forth.
Ranks:
I may ask rpers to make their characters specific ranks, but all members of Foxtrot squad must be Private at first. Since this takes place over several years, if you are a Private in 2007, and we go to a mission in 2008, your character can go a rank or two up.

Personality: Determined, but recklass. Always watching out for his fellow soldiers. He's somewhat of a trouble maker, he doesn't always agree with his commanding officers and their orders and doesn't always follow them if it means the lives of his men.

History: William grew up in Liverpool as the youngest of a very poor family. Though content with what he had, he always wished he had more. He wanted to help support his family, but he couldn't. When he turned 20, he was going to become a doctor, he had the education for it. He heard news about the growing Russian empire, he didn't really care though. Until 3 NRF soldiers showed up at his front door, they were announcing that they were taking Liverpool, and unless the people listened to them, they'd take it by force. There were far more than just three NRF soldiers. William's father, when asked to give the NRF the deed to his house and leave, he spat at them. That set them off, the soldiers killed his father, then the rest of his family. William knew he had to defend himself. He ran to his father's room and grabbed the pistol that he kept and used it to kill the NRF soldiers. He knew that the other soldiers would be looking for people trying to escape. When he exited his house through the back window, he was greeted by someone who looked like another soldier. The soldier told William that he was with the EU, they had got news of the NRF's sudden agressive nature and was sent to drive them back. The soldier saw William kill the NRF soldiers and asked him if he wanted to help defend the rest of Europe and the world from the NRF. "Screw being a doctor" he said to himself. He was brought to EU headquarters and make a recruit. He proved very good with an AK74M and made that his personal choise for a weapon. He was promoted to Sgt in January of 2007. He was given permission to start his own squad that he could command. He did so and started Foxtrot. Which he didn't know at that time would become the most renowned squad in the entire EU.

History: Yakov's history is very unknown, some people debate if Yakov is his real name. He rarely talks and yet he's an outstanding squad leader. People say he's been in the NRF since the beginning, some people say he's related to the presedent of Russia. But no one is sure any of it is true. He rose very quickly in the NRF to second in command. He's said that he's the only person in the world who knows who the Leader of the NRF is. He constantly keeps his face covered, some of the NRF soldiers believe he's doing it for some kind of higher purpose
