Age Of He Dragon Riders (SU~OOC~Rate PG-13)

Eragon lives with his uncle Garrow and cousin Roran on a farm on the outskirts of a small village called Carvahall. While hunting in the Spine, a large range of mountains, Eragon is surprised to see a polished blue stone appear in front of him. A few days later, Eragon witnesses a baby dragon hatch from the "stone", and realizes that it is in actuality, a dragon egg. Eragon names the dragon Saphira. He raises the dragon in secret until two of King Galbatorix's servants, the Ra'zac, come to Carvahall looking for the egg. Eragon and Saphira manage to escape by hiding in the forest, but Garrow is fatally wounded and the house and farm are burned down. Once Garrow dies, Eragon is left with no reason to stay in Carvahall, so he goes after the Ra'zac, seeking vengeance for the destruction of his home and his uncle's death. He is accompanied by Brom, an elderly story-teller, who insists on helping him and Saphira.

Eragon becomes a Dragon Rider through his bond with Saphira. On the journey, Brom learns Eragon sword fighting, magic, the Ancient Language, and the ways of the Dragon Riders. Their travels bring them to Teirm, from where they are able to track the Ra'zac to the southern city of Dras-Leona. Once in Dras-Leona, they manage to infiltrate the city, but Eragon later encounters the Ra'zac in a cathedral in the city, and is forced to flee. Though Brom and Eragon manage to escape, their camp is ambushed later that night. A stranger named Murtagh rescues them, but Brom is gravely injured and dies shortly after.

Murtagh becomes Eragon's new companion. They travel to the city Gil'ead to find information on how to find the Varden, a group of rebels who want to see the downfall of Galbatorix. While stopping near Gil'ead, Eragon is captured and imprisoned in the same jail that holds a woman he has been receiving dreams about. When he breaks out of his cell, he discovers that she is an Elf. Murtagh and Saphira stage a rescue, and Eragon escapes with the unconscious Elf. During the escape, Eragon and Murtagh battle with a Shade – a sorcerer possessed by evil spirits – named Durza. Murtagh shoots Durza between the eyes with an arrow, and the shade disappears in a cloud of mist.

After escaping, Eragon contacts the unconscious Elf telepathically, and discovers that her name is Arya. She tells them that she was poisoned while in captivity, and that only a potion in possession of the Varden can cure her. Arya is able to give directions to the exact location of the Varden; a city called Tronjhiem, which sits in the mountain Farthen Dûr. The group go in search of the Varden, both to save the Arya's life, and to escape Galbatorix's wrath. When they arrive in Farthen Dûr, Eragon is led to the leader of the Varden, Ajihad. Ajihad tells him that Durza was not destroyed by Murtagh's well placed arrow, because the only way to kill a shade is with a stab to the heart.

Eragon is at last able to rest, but a new invasion is imminent. As the battle begins, the Varden and the Dwarves are pitted against an enormous army of Urgals, deployed by Durza and Galbatorix. During the battle, Eragon faces Durza again. Durza is about to capture Eragon when Saphira and Arya create a distraction, diverting Durza's attention long enough for Eragon to stab him in the heart. After Durza's death, the Urgals are released from a spell which had been placed on them, and begin to fight among themselves. The Varden take advantage of this opportunity to make a counter-attack. During Eragon's unconsciousness, a stranger contacts him through his mind and tells Eragon to come to him for training in the land of the elves.

Plot​

Hundreds of years before Eragon found a dragon egg in the dredded forest: The Spine, the land of Alagaesia was ruled by a good king and protected by Dragon Riders who were Elves, Humans, Dwarves, and all kinds of other creatures. These dragon riders swore their lives to protect Alagaesia and all that is good and just. But there was one of these Dragon Riders named Galbatorix who lost his dragon in a bloody battle for Alagasia. He was not allowed another one. This enraged Galbatorix and turned him against the riders, later used dark magic to twist the dragon Shruikan under his rule. He spreads war and chaos throughout Alagaesia in his revenge quest to avenge his first dragon and to rule over Alagaesia as permanent king of it all.
You as the dragon riders, warriors, and all other opposers of the dark king must put a stop to his terror before he kills all of his fellow riders and takes all control of Alagaesia. (Yes we all know how this story is going to end if youve read the book but lol just pretend you dont )

*If your character is a Dragon Rider then your character and your dragons character can communicate with eachother telepathicly. Other people can also comminicate with your dragon the same way but it is considered very rude and it is only to be done in the greatest of emergencies. You and your dragon have practically the same mind. None of your thoughts are secret to the dragon and vise versa you know all of the dragons thoughts and memories are known to you as well. When on the batle field you both think of the same attacks at the same time. You and your dragon practically share a mind and a heart if they live long enough to let your bond get strong enough. But there is some tragedy that comes with sharing so much with your dragon. If a dragon dies then it's rider lives on but if the rider dies so does the dragon.​

History: Faith is an Elf and so she grew up in the forests of Ellesmera. She never really knew her parents and grew up as an orphan but she never envied those that did grow up with their parents or families. When she turned 15 she joined Islanzadie's defence team and she helped transfer Dragon eggs between the countries and towns within Alagaesia as Dragons Hatched. She's spent so much time around the tiny dragon eggs that by the time she was still young at age 30 she really wished she could witness watching a dragon egg hatch. She knew that this dream was a lost cause though because dragons only hatched for their riders and she really didn't see herself at the dragon rider material. When she turned 81 something miraculous happened though. As she was transferring the eggs with a team of Elves and two humans, their company stopped to make camp. Durring that night Faith thought she heard some disturbance in the tent where they kept the eggs. She went there in a hurry to find that they were being robbed and their human guard had fallen asleep. Faith fought the theves off but one managed to escape with one of the eggs. It took her most of the night to track the thief down and she killed him on the spot and began to go back to the company she was traveling with again. It was then that the dragon hatched for her. She named the dragon that had hatched Nevaeh. After that her lifestyle changed drasticly. Once Islanzadi (Queen of the elves) learned of Faith's dragon, Faith was sent for at Ellesmera where she began her training to be a dragon rider. Currently in this RP she is still in training but she still works with the other riders to protect the people of Alagaesa from outside forces which would harm them or their way of living. Her current task is to track down a shade named Durza who rumor has it, has been rising for some evil force which is currently unknown.

Personality: Faith is always curious and she is always looking for a challenge. In her spare time she is always looking for someone to spar with and she hardly ever loses. She's a good sport though and loves to learn new things so on the occasion where she does get defeated in a spar she often learns from her mistakes.

Weapon: A sword she crafted herself. It isn't the most beautiful weapon ever but it is effective.

Magic: She knows almost every spell in the ancient language. She creates a lot of spells herself. Mostly she lets Neveah deal with the magical stuff though because she doesn't have the pateince for it.

Most used magic: Scrying, Mind Reading, Telepathy​

Abilities: She is a deadly aim with a bow and arrow. Her one weakness is she has some trouble with magic sometimes but she's working on it. She also has had this strange ability for future sight since she was a child due to a blessing gone wrong when she was a child. She can see danger comming and usually has a strong urge to stop it from happening.

Dragon's Magic: Neveah is expert with all magic. She has one slight flaw in her right wing that makes her slightly slower than most but her skill with fire and magic still makes her highly undefeatable.

Dragon's Personality: Neveah is really protective over Faith. She is a little reckless sometimes and likes to show off.
