A Price to Pay (acceptance)

The year is 2132 and no one tells time by monthes just by seasons. The world was ravaged after a nuclear war in the late 2000's. The whole world suffered from it. This rp takes place in New York of America. The world has changed greatly because the war. What used to be long island new york, is now one of the few safe havens called Isle City. There the rich, the wealthy and those of power live. Protected by the remnants of military calling themselves ANG. Short for American National Guardians. Those who couldn't afford to live in the Isle City lived in the mainland and were called Mutants. Very few of them ever got into Isle City but the island was the only place with order and laws to protect them. The Mutants lived in what used to be cities, they were ruled by gangs but do to constant gang war no one could ever gain power. There are still some remainders of the past technology in the cities.
Through sloppy surgery people can gain some odd abilities but each ability has a price. Your aligence to a gang or wealthy member of the Isle City community.

This is a grungy thread and there will be no fire, ice or shadow or beam abilities. Everything must be posible, for example Botnus has a charcter who can manipulate his bones but not his skin. It would lead to his skin ripping and organs being in danger. However it also means he can hit as hard as he wants.

The story can go as wanted, but if you want to have an intimate moment do it in a pc we dont want to read about a love affair here, blood gore and cursing, fine, sex, not so much. Here is the character card.
