Two brothers crash the party
"Faith wait up!" she called as she followed her laughing sister up the front steps of the old house. Hope looked up at the huge tower of a mansion on her way up the stairs and through the doorway. It was so tall, so old looking. Like a scene for the perfect horror movie haunt or the setting for if they were ever to make Beauty and the Beast a live action movie. The place gave her the creeps but at the same time, Hope was enchanted by it's antique, mysterious beauty.
Ahead of her, Faith laughed "You're so slow Hope. Hurry up."
Hope heard her sister's voice from inside and broke out of her thinking as she walked in through the doorway. Inside was even more eerie and beautiful than the outside. It was perfectly clean, it looked so antique, so lost in time. It was CLEAN though Hope hadn't seen anyone come into this old house to clean up for years. She whistled softly and heard her own voice echo back to her after bouncing off of the rustic golden ceiling. "You're sure this place is hundreds of years old?" Faith asked her sister incredulously.
Hope nodded "Yep. I studied it before we came to look. Its got kind of a sad history actually." she said casually as she walked toward the grand staircase in front of her "The pictures in the book didn't do it justice though. This place is beautiful."
Faith nodded and followed Hope "So when is this dance thingy anyway?"
Hope smiled "You're getting excited for it after all arent' you?" she taunted.
Faith shook her head, too abruptly, "Nooo of course not. I'm just wondering when it is that you're going to drag us to this big party full of masked people we've never met face to face before. Dont you think it's a little dangerous?"
Hope laughed a little "Dont be silly Faith. I'm a little more worried about... the history of this home rather than the motives of the members of Kingdom Hearts Planet." she paused for dramatic effect and shot her sister an intentionally mysterious look before she took off up the next step.
She could have timed it in her head before Faith, right on que, followed her "History? What do you mean?"
Hope shrugged "Just the builders of this house. I got bored the other night and after learning where this party was going to be held I got curious. So I typed into Google Maxwell Mannor." she said. "THere's a lot more information there then in the realtors books."
Faith, appearing noto very suprised at her Sister's research on the home asked "What did you find?"
"The two brothers who previously owned this home were two rich, but orphaned boys who did everything together since childhood. Their past is a shady one and no one really knew what modivated the two brothers to build the Maxwell Mannor. Their names were Jesse and James and they were twins and the first owners to the mannor having designed, helped built, and lived in for five years before their mysterious and untimely deaths at the ages of 25." Hope was saying as the two of them reached the top step of the staircase and saw a very long stretch of hallway in front of them "Since then, many people have lived in the house over time. But somehow, throughout all record of history, no one who has ever owned this house seems to have lived to move out, they just lived here and died all of them either murdered or commited suicide."
Faith looked a bit uncomfortable as she followed Hope farther into the house. Hope changed the subject "Where's the ballroom in this place anyway?" she said as she walked toward one of the larger looking set of elegant double doors to the right.
Faith followed her and reached the door before Hope "So, do you think all of that's true?" she said conversationally.
Hope shrugged "It's really suspicious but I think it's just a tall tale. If there was anything paranormal about this house I would have known as we walked through the threshold." she pointed out, tapping Faith's head "Remember?"
Faith laughed "You dork." she said as she walked through the door "If you see any spooky ghosties make sure you dont tell me ok. I have enough nightmares because of you." she was just kidding of course. Faith had never told anyone before about Hope's gift and she of course never told Hope to keep her paranormal experiences to herself. In fact she was always so curious about it. SHe was constantly asking Hope for more information.
Hope laughed "No I'll be sure to tell you if Jesse and James are standing over you with a noose sis."
Faith shrugged "I'm too sexy to die babe." she joked as Hope followed her through the double doors and they were both awestruk by what they saw. The ballroom was a very tall dome shaped room with the back wall made completely of glass. Hope could see the sunlight comming through the glass wall casting a golden glow across the faided red carpet floors and walls covered with intricate designs and detailed paintings.
Hope was interrupted from her admiring as Faith suddenly tugged her arm "Look at this." she said pointing to the opposite walls that Hope had been looking at. To Hope's suprise she saw that the left and right walls of the room were made of mirrors.
Faith smiled "You wanted to do that to your bedroom for a while didn't you?" she said "Making a wall made out of one big mirror?"
Hope nodded "Yeah but not too opposite walls like that." she said thoughtfully as she stared at the reflection of the wall behind them. She smiled "It was a brilliant idea though. Its a metaphor in design. Dancing forever, never letting the night end."
Faith shrugged "Or one of the Maxwell brother's just liked to look at his face and butt at the same time." she said. One is good.
Hope smiled "You're silly." she said as she took one more look around "It will really be something to see this room full of masqueraders. It will be like a step back in time..." she had no idea how true that statement was when she said it... no idea what was in store for her and the rest of the party goers.
Faith shrugged "Yeah yeah it will be great. Come on we gotta get back. Remember what dad said. If we're late getting back to the Hotel again tonight we're sleeping in the car."
Hope laughed "Yeah. I guess you're right." she said as she followed Faith who was already halfway across the room again almost back to the door.
A sudden movement from the corner of her eye caught Hope by suprise. She stopped and turned in the direction of the sight... but there was no one there. Just her reflection in the two opposing mirrors... hundreds of her. She shivered. ...The other, Evil.
Faith's voice interruped her "Hope? You ok?"
Hope just kept staring at the reflection. She could have sworn... she shook her head "It's just these mirrors. I must have seen my reflection." she said, as if reasoning with herself as well as answering Faith. She smiled a bit, kind of fake "Sure did give me a scare for a moment though."
Faith shrugged and then as Hope caught up to her.
"Its a crazy coincidence that Dad had to come here to help Jimmy with his car on the same week as this party. I'm not sure how else we would get ourselves all the way down here on the same week." Faith was saying as they walked out the front doors.
Hope shrugged "We're always here helping Jimmy. Its not that big of a deal. Now could you hurry. Party in a few days or not being here without permission is trespassing."
The two sisters were through the front gates and back through the path to the woods then. Soon they would be back to the hotel their family was staying at. ​

Plot
As you have read the two sisters talking about, in the Maxwell mansion which is located in a town near you () is the location for our halloween dance. It was put together by some of Kingdom Hearts Planet's most trustworthy members so dont worry no funny buisness is going on. You are to arrive at 7:00 pm and the party is exactly on halloween night. Wear a mask and if you come with a date then you get rewarded a reputation point on the forum for having the guts to interact with other members.
Jesse and James battle for your soul. Will you become a permanent resedent of the Maxwell Mannor as is the wish of James?
Little do the members of KHP know though, they aren't the only attendees of the dance. Everyone who has ever lived in this house before through the centuries have decided to crash the party and show themselves to the party in disguise.
Hope and Faith were certainly right. This will be certainly be the dance to remember.
You belong to the mannor tonight. Your only escape is to free your fellow captive souls.
When the dance goers arrived at the party, they were instructed by the dance commitee that they are not to remove their masks until midnight after the final song.

The plot of this RP is that we are having a masquerade at the mannor that is supposedly haunted by all of it's previous owners who for some reason all died of mysterious and unnatural causes. But unknown to all of us, we are being visuted by the previous owners of the house. Ghosts in masks and seeing as none of us have ever seen eachother in person no one knows that none of us know the strangers who have crashed the party.
Four members are allowed to be a ghost member but you can not have more than one character and ghosts CAN NOT be made up KHP members who died.

Going to dance for three reasons: Fun, Got asked to it, Hopes a lot of her friends will be there.
Her list of friends on KHP is too numerous to list them and she doesn't pick favorites.
Has always had a certain 'gift' of sorts to see what other people might not. That gift is about to be shared with everyone else at the mansion tonight though and she doesn't even know it. She has a habit of vewing the world a lot more differently than her sister, Faith. But she and Faith are inseperable anyway. *Despite her cheap shots against Hope in her profile*.
Known for being rather silent in the general public and loud and sarcastic among close friends. Reads for fun and finds history and psychology very interesting. PHYSICS is not exactly her best subject. She is unsure why Faith incorrectly put that in her bio. Tends to keep things more fun and simple and her natural addiction is music.

 

lol we will start at the beginning of the masquerade where people are arriving and such. Plus I havent seen anyone sign up as ghosts yet. If no one does than Faith and I can fill in the blanks by secondary characters I suppose. *we wrote the rules we can break them for the sake of character equality*
