A Cracked Memory (A Private Roleplay)

A young boy woke up in a dark alley, it was about two in the morning and sharp rain drops beat down on his back. He vaguely remembered it but knew he was having a dream of some significance but, when he tried to remember it had already slipped out of his head and he no longer recall anything about it but the word "Alchemy". He didn't even know what it was but knew somehow that it was very important. "Ugh...damn..." for some reason his head was throbbing. He thought he would simply put all of the events that had happened before in chronological order but...no events came to him. It's as if his mind had been stripped of his memorys...like they had 't simply been forgotten...no it felt as if they were torn straight out of his head. He then looked around at his surroundings, he was in an alleyway between to very tall buildings. It was littered with trash from glass bottles to broken TV parts. He then looked at himself in a puddle, he looked about twelve or thirteen with blue hair that covered his eyes. He was dressed in what looked like rags stiched together to make a shirt and pants. He noticed the pants at least had pockets so he dug in them until he found two folded pieces of paper. He unfolded the first and saw a picture of himself with a little bit of information, "My name...Avalan...Renson..." he looked around the area before seeing a girl about his age laying directly across from where he woke up………

First of all this is a PRIVATE RP meaning you need an invitation to join this. Now since that yucky business is out of the way I'll explain a little bit about this roleplay. This is set in a world much like England in the early 1900s but it will have futuristic weaponry and technology. Two siblings will wake up in an alleyway with their memory's wiped, they will be some of the few humans alive that can use alchemy. The government is after them for an unknown reason and has sent an elite group of government agents to track them down and capture them. And finally there will be other alchemist that are also on the run. Now, for the roles......

Advanced (6 Lines minimum)
No god modding
No power playing (Unless given permission)
Mary Sues will be doused with holy water and burned to ashes
No reserving certain spots, you snooze you lose
No spamming
3 infractions will result in being strapped to a rocket and blasted out of this RP
If you don't have fun a girl with no face will come and haunt you
