A City In Ruins *RESTARTED* OOC & SU

The year is 2014 and the world is still here, and so is mankind, however bad of shape they are in. When 2012 hit the world didn't end as we thought it would. No, it would force us to revert back to our primal ways as all technology shut down. Of the few things that work there are guns and few cars, older models. Only cars that have no electronic upgrades will work. Also as the people reverted back to the primal instincts, gangs rose, trying to conquer the city. But there are a few people who did not revert, did not become an animal. These few people will try to survive as a battle for power is fought throughout the city. But who will survive?
