So then maybe four "core" org members to start, with a few others to join then over the course of the RP. Somewhere in the middle we bring them all together. Towards the end we introduce their enemies. I'd also say that, for a while, they should be unaware that their hearts are gone, and unaware of anything to do with the original org.

I estimate that we'd have about six to eight people to start with. I'd love to be able to rope people like Req back into it, to round out the core org members. I know it's high dreaming, it'd be sweet if we could actually get Hope back for it too. Lol. In any case, we would have to be particular about who's joining in what roles and with what characters. Like, I'd have honestly never accepted Yunalesca into the RP; there was plenty of conflict ready to stir without her. And of course, where people take the plot would have to be watched a bit. Plotless RPs only work when everyone in it is synchronized to each other's tendencies, which most of us were not in this case. I'd say start with everyone allotted one character that has to be an Org Nobody, or become one eventually. Cap it off at eight people to start and allow more to develop as the org does. If we're breaking it into chapters like that, there wouldn't be solid opposition to them until near the end of the first chapter.

Also, let me know when you're ready to get into the whole getting hearts thing.

Not sure. As far as the formation of a new org, that could take as long as we need/want. Granted, we'd have to close that to new members/characters at one point to avoid having to spend fifty plus pages searching for each other.

My idea, if we were to redo New Org, would be segment into chapters, of sorts. Say, a first chapter to create the org, reveal them to a group that might oppose them, and really just set the groundwork for their goals. Then a second part to start them on that path. Betrayals would be welcome in the thick of it. Then, maybe a third chapter in which things wrap up.

I wouldn't restart it until this one is over. And in any case, it would be a different RP. Like I said, segmenting an RP like that could work wonders.

So we're getting hearts now? I feel like i'd want to retry/try something like this myself, when this is over, maybe with a more defined pacing, and some segmenting.

Any chance that New Org could get a quick time skip to a less chaotic point or something? Reading through it, things are still going really crazy. I've read through like eight pages from my last post and it's been all fight no plot.
