Well your tools aren't meant to change so that could be why. What exactly are you trying to change?

Ok a couple of pointers on some things.
Your placing the render to far to one side. I usually follow the Rule of Thirds on placement.
Second you have to much text and it's also in the wrong spot. Text should be short and sweet and always close to your render or stock.
Also your effects look really messy. Those yellow globe things are alright but you've overdone it a bit. Those purple and red ones make it look messy and that brushing under the text looks horrible. Also with effects it's important not to brush over any important parts of the render or stock (mainly the face).

I can see you have edit colours well, unless thats the renders original colours. Try messing around with gradient maps and other colour tweaking layers (they're all under the colour drop down menu). Just try not to make you tags look monotone (that everything looks like it's all one colour) and apart from that HAVE FUUUN!!

Yep, you're welcome to it. So is Aexlly not going to be part of the Organization? I have an idea in mind for something, but I want to know where everybody stands before I do it.

I've used Gimp before and i really didn't like it. The setup is just to complicated for me. I can find some tutorials for you though they really are a great help.
