      In general, the government would be willing to pay all of it off as long as you pay them back.
      Here in Australia, we have a system called a "HECS Fee". It involves going to Uni/College for free and being able to pay it off when you are working full time or having a steady income. I'm not too savvy of how the Canadian system works (though now bringing it all up, I'm curious to know how it does work), so it's best to ask your teacher or someone you know who knows how the system works to be able to get a general idea of how it all works.
