Go to user cp then schroll down a little and on the left side it should have a lot of edit "soandso" edit profile should be in that category

You should see the arcade button at the top.

Well find a thread on the home forums page that seems interesting, read through it, if you feel like you want to say something(and only if you're going to say something and don't spam) click "Post Reply" or scroll to the bottom of the page and there should be a quick reply box unless you have it off or using a cell phone(iPhones do have it though). I'd suggest seeing hte FAQs. you see an option next to your user cp that says "FAQ" click on it and it'll answer all of your questions.

Well to do them you need 5 posts(?, yeah I'm pretty positive 5 or 10 posts) to finally access them. It's just to sort of assure that you're also active here on the forums before getting some of the extra stuff offered here on the site.
