Well, the fact that Sora wasn't actually given 'training'. And I'd assume that a person's ability to sustain themselves would be greater at an older age, provided they didn't just slack off.

Not as much as it would take for the full drive form. Although the full drive might not be a possibility. But then, in a measure of things, could probably outclass Sora in some fields.

Well, the pillars are pretty large, albeit normal, and I'd imagine that such a blast would bust it up pretty good. But if you're shooting Glyde, then you're not shooting at the pillar, because he's not behind it just yet. So the behind said pillar is a relatively safe place for him at the moment.

So, all you did there attack wise was blast down the pillar....
