Grammatically, here's what needs to be fixed. It'll be the entire post, but with proper grammar.

One hundred years after Sora's encounter with Organization XIII, a new type of darkness began to rise. The entities formed by this darkness became known as the Searchers. These creatures move with great speed and are able to suck out the souls of humans. They came from the void between darkness and nothingness. They have no souls, searching day in and day out for them to become complete. The worlds went into chaos once the Searchers came. They sucked the souls of anybody in the way of their ultimate goal: Kingdom Soul. They plan to use its power to turn every Searcher human. They are searching to become real, to dominate the world. Now it is up to the Keyblade Masters to stop them. There are only the Keyblade Masters left, they themselves are in hiding. They must destroy the Searchers before it is too late.
