There are three medals.
Activity Award. Goes to the Member that is most active. With a number of members having an activity of 99, the result can be random to see who gets it.
Social Award. I have that one, goes to member with... I think it could be member with most points for user. Not too sure.
Posting Award. I'm guessing it goes to the member with highest number of posts.
