Chocolate is so energising. -w- I just poured a load of chocolate syrup in it and it tastes pretty good. An odd aftertaste, but still good. 8D

See, the best thing about work is the feeling you get after you're done and you get to relax imo. Except if your boss has the attention span of a fly and all that. But even then you can pat yourself on the back for not yelling at him. =p

A heart murmur is generally an irregular flow of blood in the heart. In extreme cases, it can require mild operation, but in cases like mine, it's completely harmless and actually very common.
But waiting for the doctors to take a look at your heart is pretty scary xD;

Yup, there was a heart murmur scare that turned out to be completely harmless, but that's about it. I think it turned out well. ^^
