It's like I said to Hope. The original HH may have been unorganized and almost storiless, but the reactions and outcomes of what our characters did was what made it good. It's why I'm playing the president so close to the vest in the new one, Want to keep it all surprising.

I thought so too, but looking at it to me it's all boring. You can predict it if you're looking in the right spots. Like a few of the newer ones, I like having a good amount of info off the get go to adapt to, but then when more shows it's even better. Shows how good a writer a person is, and also shows how a person reacts. I don't know if it's the writer in me, but I think surprises are what makes things better, more interesting.

Exactly. Like Darwin's theory. Adapt or die, evolution takes priority, but if the people are planning the evolution, it's a power play. They are strengthening instead of truly adapting.

See what I can lol. And yeah, it was me tossing her ideas, her making them better and tossing them back. Most of my ideas were built off of hers then expanded with concepts I was looking into at the time. And yeah, the whole idea of making profiles on a preset story I find stupid. I rather see the characters mold and twist by the events, either strengthening them or breaking them. Makes for a more intricate and elaborate story.

Will do, maybe even send you a copy when it's done! And as for the RP looking different, you can thank the little mastermind peering over your shoulder. My original idea had been just take the old RP, polish it a bit, and toss it out, seeing who came. I mentioned it to her in passing and she helped me spin a few more of the ideas. There's actually a helluva lot of backstory, but a concept I always liked was reaction and interaction. Keep the story simple at first, then start layering the lore and backstory so the characters develop in real time to the new info.

Basically a post-apoc book. Just tweaking a few things with it and lengthening it. And I dunno, the RP is a much different beast from the original. But I do think some of the concepts are better reworked.

Same actually. Went to college for a year, didn't agree with it. Now just trying to write a book and using anything to beef my writing skills. This RP just so happened to need a lot of work from the original concept, so I took it as a challenge, and with Hope's help we got this semi polished story.
