1.) every RP has an OOC and SU thread. In that thread you create or if you have your own personal stock of characters, take one of those character's and post then await to be accepted
2.) unless people quickly proove worth, I don't hire new people to the team. I wait until they can prove themselves. How you can do that is by creating articles anyways on new news from kh, ff, disney, square Enix or whatever and post in the right section. Depends on the quality and how active you are on your articles if you're a contestant. I keep my eyes open and if the person sends me an application when they feel ready and up to the task, I decide from there
