      Apparently there is a new bumping rule made when the rules were updated while I wasn't paying attention, so I believe you can bump just about anything now. But I dunno, I think Destiny made a revised rule post somewheres, so you can look it up to make sure. But anyhow, stickied threads are always able to be posted in, no matter how old there are, so go nuts.
