Stranded - Rated T for safety

"Yes, you did..." Kyuu said. She felt also happy. When she had came to that place she thought that the only thing she wanted was to get out of there. But now she would do anything that she could be there.

 

Kyuu kissed Jesse's forehead. "I wonder if it's boy or girl..."

 

Kyuu looked worried. "Jesse..." she looked at his necklace. "What does that mean...?"

 

Kyuu looked at N and then at Jesse with a quite confused expression on her face. "That's strange..." she mumbled as she heard what Jesse said.

 

Kyuu looked at N and felt angry. "Why did he do it?!" she said. "I trusted him..."

"Oh for the love of..." Rick exclaimed.

He looked at Nate >Ive decided to call him by that name now xD<

"Filthy little vermin aren't you? I knew there was something wrong with you....." He looked into his eyes. They were so cute! How could- THAT WAS IT! Nate relied on this illusion of childhood to hide behind. It was the classic "Who would suspect the child?"

'Well,' he thought to himself 'I would'

He hoped that the heart attack relied on travelling great distances, and teleported to Nate. He grabbed him by the scruff of the neck, and began to bring his fist back, when he collapsed. His heart, and this time it was far worse. He bent over double, swearing loudly. Nate hit the floor.

He stopped swearing, the pain had become too bad. He looked at Nate while he was rolling, and made sure he knew how much he hated him. Then the pain dissapeared. But not like last time He was in the white place again. Life and Death stood before him, Life tutting.

"You know, if you keep this up you really will die. Don't abuse what you can do for such trivial things. I would say that you could do that perhaps three, no, four more times. They will worsen. The fifth time will kill you. The fourth I expect you would be incapable of walking for an hour or two. Not only that, but your 'immortality' will weaken. This has only recently come to light, before you start asking about it."

Rick stared dumbly. Death hadn't said a word, and he remembered he wasn't able to hear him just yet. "But...... that kid, what was he, I mean what IS he." Rick stuttered to Life.

"We do not know. There are concepts in this world that the universe does not like. It will not tell us of them, and as such, we cannot tell you. I am sorry. This time you should be returned about only a few seconds seconds after you came here. Goodbye for the second time Rick. Next time there will be no caution, no guardian. Your vunerable body will be just that, vunerable." With that he bowed his head, as did Death and a blinding light filled Ricks head.

Next he knew, he was on the floor, a pain in his heart still.

 

Kyuu scowled N again. "A moment ago I thought he's cute, nice, kid..." she said on low tone. "But now I hate him..."

 

N was genuinly confused, everyone hated him

It ws the first time he felt "emotion" how earth humans felt it.

He began to cry, real tears

"I'm sorry." He mumbled disapearing back to his citidel alone with his teddy.

He now had everything he needed to bring L and Ruii-torii back.

 

Rick looked up at Jesse. He crawled over, a dull throb still in his heart, and then stood. He grabbed Jesses hand and hoisted him onto his feet.

"Now lets deal with this annoyance, together." But N had gone. "What the-?"

N sat alone on his little chair, he still hadn't stoped crying, human emotion was just too much for him.

He had been working for atleast 3 hours non-stop trying to finished his data brain to bring L back. It wasn't strong enough for two returns, and L could upgrade it to bring Ruii back.

It was a matter of minutes until L returned

 

Rick decided that this was worth it, and worth a try. He stood where N had been moments before, and simply wished to be where the trace would lead him. He looked at the others.

"I hope you will be safe. Find Tom. I think he could secretly use your help."

He felt the rush, then he found himself inside a large castle type structure. He braced himself becasue he knew what was coming, and was proved correct moments later as his heart gave way, and he collapsed again. This time he remained silent, so as not to alert anyone to his presence. It took about 5 minutes to clear this time, and he felt a little wobbly on his legs.

'3 left' He thought, sadly. He began to carefully creep through the place. He was confident N would be around, but also that this place wouldn't be easy to find his way around. He crept carefully over a long floor, then heard a click from below.

A trap dustshoot opened beneath him, and he gave a shriek as he fell into yet another dark cell. "Great," he said loudly, "Now I'm stuck in another flippin' cell! What is it with these places and prisons!"

He guessed that some form of alert had just gone up at wherever N was. But he also hoped most desperately it hadn't. He couldn't teleport, he wasn't THAT suicidal. What could he do?!

 

N realise the second Rick's matter wsa a mile away from his citidel that he would be present there within seconds. He opened a trap-shoot to capture him

On a intercom that echoed through the empty building he annouced sencerly

"I dont want to hurt your rick, leave now in peice. I can transfer enough energy to your heart to either kill you or give you one more life for teleportation.

I'll will see your decision by your next actions"

It was a matter of seconds before L returns. And N new L wouldn't spare Rick, he would take his data to re-create Ruii-Torii and Marii

 

Rick looked around, the voice didn't shock him. He was getting used to this stuff.

"Oh shut up. What the hell are you up to you knieving >sp?< little bastard?" Rick shouted to the roof.

"I think you ought to come and face me. Don't use your crappy little intercom on me!" He paused.

"I think I've guessed what you're up to. I didn't tell the others, and I'm guessing by the time I'd get back, it'd be too late anyway." He paused again, though this time for effect and suspense. "You want to bring back Torii. And probably someone else, though I must admit I'm not sure who. I was in that data wipe, and I think it got alot of other people as well. Am I right kid? And I'm prepared to bet you're not a kid either by the way. So? You gonna' come talk to me, or repeat your dumb little choice?"
