Stranded - Rated T for safety

Kyuu came next to Jesse. Her eyes enlargened.

"Whoa...." she said. "What the heck that means? Should we take a look a bit closer?"

 

Kyuu looked the others.

"Okayy, then let's go!" she said exited but in her mind she was still a little scared.

"Let's hope there's nothing very dangerous" she grinned and started to go down the cliff towards the town.

 

Rick ran after them admiring his Bow. He didn't know how to use bows so he took ana rrow and did what he thought to test it. To his surprise he found he could use it quite well. Much better than he should be able to!

"Hey wait up!" He sprinted towards them. "So what's with that town d' you lot reckon?"

 

Kyuu furrowed.

"I don't know. I... I just wanna check out, maybe there's some people?" She said hopefully.

"But there would something dangerous, something we would never want to see..." she thought while walking towards the town with others.

 

Rick came close to Kyuu and put his lips to her ear while the others weren't looking. He whispered what he said next. After all, he didn't want to worry anyone.

"You think?" said Rick uncertainly "Looks pretty dangerous and deserted to me. In fact I've got a real bad feeling about it. It's like something is actually trying to keep me from going in. And sometimes my legs keep stopping even though I don't want them to." He was scared. Fatal Error coupled with this weird feeling was not good.

 

Kyuu looked Rick into eyes.

"Actually... I feel same way, there's something wrong with this whole place." she whispered. "But there may be something... something which would help us to get out of here. We must try everything, right? I just wanna get back home, as quickly as possible."

She glanced the others.

"What about them?" she said. "If they really wanna take a look, isn't that best we'll be together here... This is creepy."

A shiver went up her spine.

"But I... I'm really scared." she whispered.

 

Torii was just sitting on the beach next to the pile of vomit next to her.

Alot had seemed to happen but she wasn't paying attention. Seeing that everyone was drifting to the east she got up and took off one of her socks and began filling it with sand and small rocks, tieing it closed.

 

Rick saw genuine fear fill her eyes. He was scared too but he was hiding it best he could. "So am I," he whispered, truthfully. "But we need to go into this place. It might have something we can use there....."

He then suddenly said, but still quite quietly. "Hey! I just noticed! Where's Torii?!" Rick ran back about 20 yards until he saw her kneeling in the sand, something cloth in her hand. He looked back. It still seemed only Kyuu had seen him go back. He made a motion for her to go on.

He ran over to Torii, and saw she was filling her sock up, and had just tied it off. "What are you doing that for? Weapon?" He asked

 

"Of course a weapon." She said abruptly not looking at him

"I dont trust anyone or anything about this place!"

"And i have no siginal" She waaied in despare taking out her phone. It was one of the latest models.

 

Rick hadn't heard Jesse, as he was over where Torii was. He ran back when he found she was simply making a weapon (and laughed to himself about her phone problem).

"Sorry what did you say Jesse?" Jesse repeated it. "Oh...." He glanced at Kyuu.

 

Torii was walking a few meters behind everyone else, when her phone beeped, twice.

"I have siginal!!" She announced.

Taking out her phone she keyed in her dads work number.

 

Kyuu looked nervous. She came close to Rick.

"I feel more scared." she whispered. "I do have this scythe, but still... What if there's something that can't be beaten by scythe or sword?" she said looked really afraid.

She glanced Jesse.

"Well, at least he feels quite same way." she whispered.

 

Kyuu turned watching to Jesse.

"What...? Have you been here before?" she asked.

Then she looked Rick again.

"Isn't that weird?" she whispered.

 

Rick had only half heard Kyuu. There was a strange buzzing in his ears and he was drawn to it.
"Come.. this way" He muttered dreamily. He walked off toward a dark, and evil looking house. He put his hand on the doorknob then stopped. What was he doing!

"Argh!" He shook his head. "Why is it always me! Did no one else hear that. Feel that!" He looked at them furiously. He knew it wasn't their fault but why did they just never get all this!?

 

Kyuu looked scared.

"Rick, what's wrong?" she almost shouted nervously.

She looked at Rick and Jesse alternately.

"Are you two okay?" she said. "I.. I don't like this at all... What the hell is going on?!" she shrieked.

She looked at the ground. "Why are we here..?" she whispered and felt insecure.

 

Torii strayed away from the group, not wanting them to hear her conversation with her dad.

After a few ringsounds, Her dad picked up. But didnt sound like himself.

"WHAT!" He grunted in a angry voice.

*OH GOSH!! she thought. *I CAUGHT THEM DOING IT*

she then Hung up the phone, and turned around to see a Lion snake thingy breathing into her face with its rancid breath.

She let out a shreik!

 

Rick had been about to answer Kyuu and simply explain he didn't know, when he heard the shriek. He looked at Jesse then Kyuu and began to run full speed towards where it had come from.

A giant thing had reared up in front of Torii, it looked like a snake. No a lion. What was it?! He drew his drawstring back and notched an arrow. He let fly, the arrow catching the thing in its throat. It gurgled a little, it was defiantely hurt. But this was no oversized crab! It somehow made the arrow simply fall out! He ran over to Torii and threw himself in front of her.

"Leave her alone you bastard!" He grabbed the thing as it lunged at him, wrestling with it, just keeping what were no doubt poison soaked fangs fromh is face. "Soemone smack it over the head or something! Just distract it so I can get in a better place than UNDER it!"
