    Ivan Korokoff walked down the street. It was a fine spring morning, and everyone seemed to be... apprehensive. He had learned to read crowds in is early career with the Black Palm. Walking towards the congregated people, he saw a mage preaching to them.

    "Rise up, and overthrow your unjust rulers!" Was the main retoric. Ivan snapped his fingers once, and 15 Secret Police members drew their pistols and began to shoot. As Ivan walked away, he heard the unmistakable "ka-poof" of a dead mage.

    It was a good day.

    Lillian Kore woke up. She glanced around her beautiful mansion. She walked towards the window and gazed upon the world. Her world. Then she saw an explosion in the distance. Lillian smiled, "My dear Black Mages why do you plague me so?" She glanced at an intelligance report that stated a strange child was sighted in this world.
