From my understanding, Ebola is a deadly disease that has been spreading rapidly in Africa and some cases are making its way around the world even the US.

    So who is scared?

Me, personally, couldn't care less about it. I got too much to worry about. Ebola sure doesn't pay my bills. Hmph.

ebola is far less dangerous of a disease than some people make it out to be (At least, in any country with infastructure). On account of low survivability outside of a host, stuck affecting mostly dirt-poor folk in only 3 countries of origin, and some third thing I forgot.

The way I've understood things, there's no reason to be concerned about an Ebola epidemic in the US. So I'm not worrying about it. According to some CDC officials and such, as humanitarians, we should be dismayed by the state of things over in Africa and roused to do something about it. Personally, I've always held the self-centered belief that the US should worry about taking care of their own instead of shipping all kinds of food and money and medicine and aid all over the place, so I can't say I'm bothered by what's going on over there, either.

Has anyone heard of Ebola-C? It's just basically a vitamin drink that promotes that your less likely of getting Ebola by drinking it, or something of the latter.

The drink is selling like hotcakes, and the guy is getting wealthy on it. Does anyone have a problem with this man capitalizing on peoples' ignorance?

If that's the case i'm surprised he's not being sued for False advertising. But then again if they are the idiots that continue to buy it. Stack your money up sir.

Okay, here it is: he clams that it boosts the immune system therefore your less susceptible to diseases such as Ebola.

He's not necessarily saying it prevents Ebola, He's saying enough to pass by while still using the pretenses that "it prevents Ebola". I think; that is quite clever. I personally thought that people were smarter than this, but I guess not. I forget that people take everything on the media at face value.

Despite my increasingly low expectations, people still surprise me with how stupid they can be. Frankly, anyone gullible enough to jump on this bandwagon deserves to have their money taken by whatever shysters out there come up with the best scheme. So kudos to Ebola-C guy, who albeit an asshole, is a lot richer than I am.

Also, I have to say, it does me good to see that other people are as uncaring as I am.

Is this ebola thing still going on? Since it seems to have died down in the news (Which admittedly I do not pay attention to so it may very well still be prevalent in the news), I was thinking that maybe the worry about it has gone.

^ I think the media hype has died down, but I still see articles about it online here and there. We have short attention spans, apparently.

My principal sent out a mass email warning people not to go out of the country during Thanksgiving break, because of the Ebola outbreak. -facepalms-
