Where can I find higher cure cards?

I've reached a point in the game where I can't heal in the boss battles as my cure cards are all valued 6 or 7 and they are almost always beaten by the boss cards. I have bought loads of card packs and used all my calm bounty cards but I've still had no luck finding 8 or 9 value cures. Are there any worlds where you are more likely to get them or is it just up to chance?
