After a group of rogue vampires attack a group of partying college students because of the lack of a Blood Substitute their presence was made known throughout the world, during this time a hacker was able to leak secret government documents that unveiled the existence of other supernatural entities such as Werewolves, Demigods, Mermaids, etc. Soon, after some more vampire attacks, walls began to form between humans and SEs (Supernatural Entities). As tensions rose the UN scrambled to make a secret program that would house, educate, and train the younger SEs to fight against the rogue faction of SEs who now call themselves Alucard's Army. This would hopefully be a solution to the growing threat of war. The housing unit is located in Tokyo and is posing as a Rehabilitation Facility for troubled youths, underneath the seemingly harmless building is a library, cafeteria, gym, and shooting range as well as classrooms.

He wears a grey and black bullet-proof overcoat whenever he's on a mission with hidden holsters for his pistols as well as a sword bag that resembles a single club golf bag. During school he wears the school's uniform with a hidden holster for any weapon he is carrying at the moment. Casually he wears a grey and black t-shirt and black jeans.

Personality:
Kenji has a very kickback and care-free personality, this often leads to his reluctance to participate in missions that require more effort, the only exception to this are especially challenging missions that can pull him out of his constant state of boredom. During these types of missions his personality undergoes drastic changes as he becomes much more energetic and somewhat maniacal. He is also caring to those whom he considers acquaintances or friends but will never really go out of his way to help them, seeing as he doesn't have many friends and views them more as business partners.

Intelligent Zombie

Abilities:
The differences between him and normal zombies mostly lie in the fact that he is still retains his intelligence, doesn't suffer from decay, can speak as a normal human would, and doesn't need to eat the flesh of any living thing in order to live. He also has inhuman strength due to the disfunction of his brain's limiter on strength, he is also incredibly fast and stealthy, and can reattach severed or broken limbs. He is also an expert marksman and swordsman capable of almost inhuman feats with his weapons, he is equally dangerous unarmed as well due to almost 500 years of training. The only way to kill him is to behead him and have his head and body separated for a day.

Pros:
He doesn't have to eat flesh to survive or eat anything for that matter, he doesn't need sleep, he can reattach severed or broken body parts, he can't die unless beheaded with his head separated from his body for a day, Immortality, super strength and speed, he can't feel pain, he doesn't rot or decay like regular zombies, and retains his intelligence.

Cons:
He is extremely intolerant to heat and has a weakness to fire, not being able to feel is also a big weakness seeing as he can't tell whether he's being attacked or not, zombies are lazy by nature so he's naturally very lazy and has a hard time putting in effort.

Weapons:

Izanagi and Izanami

Two oversized and overpowered handguns chambered for 454. Casull Anti-Vampire Pistol Rounds, they both hold 12 bullets in a double stack magazine and have a double action trigger and hammer assembly. They both weigh in a approximately 35 pounds, they have a titanium slide and lower frame with the exception of the ivory military style grips. They have a killing range of approximately 250 feet with special technology allowing for less recoil, however, a human would break their wrist even with this special technology. The handguns were produced by the AVTRD Corp. while Kenji makes the bullets himself.

Type 96 Dragon

The Type 96 Dragon is somewhat of an enigma in the weapons industry, the steel is was made with is unknown but has anti-vampire killing properties and has not shown a scratch for over 250 years after being reforged. It's sheath keeps the blade under constant air pressure so when its drawn it releases the air pressure thus, allowing it to be drawn and slashed with at a little bit over 100 miles per hour. The trigger allows the blade to be shot.

Biography:
Kenji was born in feudal Japan in the 1200s. He was born into a family of samurai, due to his lineage he was given training from the moment he was capable of holding and swinging a sword. At the tender age of 9 he could already take on members of his clan and win easily, his tremendous amount of skill soon began to generate fear among the higher members of his clan and he was eventually the target of an inside assassination attempt which nearly killed him. Even after escaping to another village hundreds of miles away he was still targeted and eventually had to move into the foreign territory of England. Although he put up a great fight he was eventually injured to the point that he could barely walk, he soon collapsed in a nearby cave where he knew he would die. Seconds before his death he saw the face of a silver haired girl, after a day or so he woke up to find that he had become a zombie, he had no pulse and couldn't feel either, not knowing what to do he decided that he would begin a new life in this foreign land. He robbed a library of it's books and managed to pick up the language along with the land's customs, he reforged his sword which had been broken in the many battles with his "family", and was somehow able to join a mercenary group which he worked with for about a year before quitting. After about 850 years he enrolled in a High School back in Japan and is now has the reputation as the laziest student in the entire school.

Haruka has a very harsh and disciplined individual who often takes measures into her own hands, she has an almost intoxicating sense of justice and will try to correct whatever she thinks is wrong or out of place. Although she does have a soft side for those she considers friends she still will try and discipline those she believes aren't working hard enough.

SE Species:
1/3 Vampire

Abilities:
Super strength although not as strong as a normal vampire, super speed, enhanced vision and senses, limited regenerative abilities, polished marksman.

Pros:
Although not as strong as a vampire she is not trapped by the average plethora of weaknesses that plague a regular vampire.

Cons:
She is not as strong as regular vampire and while she will not be killed by heat she is extremely intolerant to it.

Biography:
Haruka is the last descendant of the vampire hunter and specialist Abraham Van Helsing, however, most of her past remains unknown and off the record, she joined the Housing Complex to find out about her past.

 

So since this is a private RP we won't have as many people making characters, so I'm going to edit the first post of this thread with a Temporary, Killable OC Template, minor villains and other characters will be made using this format. This saves time and effort posting a character that can die later.

Eru is often very quiet and timid, getting embarrassed quite easily. When she fights she often tries her best to either cause death in the least painful way if not disarm and disable an opponent. Her weak will is also the reason that Sylvia was easily able to talk her into joining Alucard's Army to fight against Kenji, a previous ally.

A long bladed scythe with the 60 inch handle reinforced with magic to keep it from being sliced by blades.

Biography:
She has connections to Kenji from as early as WW2 but has joined Sylvia after the team that she and Kenji had been a part of was assassinated by the government, unknown to Kenji she is in love with him.

Note:
Kenji is going to betray Zane and Haruka and join Alucard's Army after some persuasion from her.

Personality:
Kensuke is somewhat reserved and quiet, only choosing to speak when it is crucial to the mission. With this however, he carries a rather serious and "no nonsense" demeanor which can gain him respect from others even with his young appearance. Despite this intimidating side of him he is rather understanding and mature, and can give support to his friends and allies when it matters the most.

Yokai/Human Hybrid-
He is mostly Yokai although his mortal blood gives him the appearance of a human.

Abilities:
His Yokai blood grants him incredible speed as well as a sixth sense which allows him to sense when danger is coming and react accordingly. He also has control over a special type of Yokai known as Kuda-gitsune or Tube Foxes which he can use to carry messages or scout new areas, while they are nearly invincible they have absolutely no fighting ability and cannot be used offensively. His Yokai abilities allow him to manipulate his aura and channel it through attacks and barriers which he can materialize almost automatically although they will break after being hit once with a powerful enough attack. He can also teleport by disappearing into gray leaves, this allows him to move short to mid range distances.

Pros:
High speed , a sixth sense, manipulation of Tube Foxes, aura manipulation, and short to mid range teleportation.

Cons:
Low strength and aura shields break quickly.
