DC/ Marvel RP: The Forgotten OOC&SU

    Side-note: I'm back, and I'm ready for some RP'ing!

    The rain poured down upon the city, or at least, what was left of it. A hazy mist had spread throughout the streets, setting the mood for the dreary place. It had been a while since the government had collapsed, bringing the US with it. Hell had opened up and unleashed it's fury, full force upon the once beautiful country. Riots broke out everywhere, foreign countries began to invade. There was no form of law except...the heroes. Those few vigilantes who dared to protect their country even after there wasn't much of a country to protect. But even heroes have their limits, and cannot fight full-on wars, and that was proved over the course of a few all too short months. The heroes were overwhelmed. Two particular heroes, Hawkeye and Daredevil, were captured by a squadron of Russians who were uprooting resistance in the new New York. They were drug to the streets and publicly executed. But not without a fight of course. Their rebellion caused hope, and their deaths brought inspiration to a broken country. Resistances popped up everywhere, people fighting for their once-gained freedom. But then, the rebellions were overthrown. The heroes were forced into hiding, and other countries flooded in. Mexico expanded into Texas, Japan took California and a few of the bordering states, France took Florida and spread lightly into Georgia and Alabama, the English took Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Massachusetts, Canada spread into Montana, and the Russians took the rest. After minor skirmishes, boundaries were set, and the countries settled into their new states. However, underground resistances still existed. An important date marked the end of what was an almost peaceful period when Kal-El turned up at the capitol of New Russia. He caused chaos until he fell to Lex Luthor, who had been working with the Russians to avoid being killed. No one heard from Kal again. Years passed, the superheroes grew old and were forgotten. Of course there's always a new generation, and that's where this story begins...

    Hello. I am Oliver Queen. Better known to most as Green Arrow. I lead a group of resistance in New Gotham (I know he belongs in Starling City, it'll be explained). I spend much of my time training this new generation of heroes, and trying to find new strategies to finally end all of this. Welcome to the resistance... enjoy your stay.

    Okay, so I'm mainly looking for new heroes/ villains. If you want to be an original, go ahead, you're just old. I'll be playing Green Arrow, Lex Luthor, and Superman (Kal El). I'll put them up on here soon.

    Roles: Superheroes, Super-villains, citizen resistance members, armies(Just looking for Russian army for now), criminals, citizens (we might need these).

    Weapon: His bow, and arrows of different variety.
    Good/Bad: Good
    Role: Superhero
    Bio: Once rich, he lost his fortune and had to join the working class. He soon noticed the amount of crime around Starling city, and became a vigilante, using the design of Robin Hood. He brought justice, and continued to do so after the fall of the states. Later, he was forced into hiding where he leads a resistance and trains potential heroes.

    The first beta tester, and the only owner of the M.S.R.A. device. Zac is always there for his city, and now resides in New Gothom in order to help out with the current situation.

    How he got the M.S.R.A. is an interesting story. You see, it happened during an explosion at his school, where a bomb was activated in a terrorist attack, Zac, somehow was the only survivor. He was found by a scientist named Dr. Tinkertoi, who decided to take him in. Zac was given a new arm in replacement to his missing right arm, and started to use it as a mere experiment to aid in human implants. However, when the time came, the arm was modified to be used in combat. He lost his family during this time of crisis, with the scientist who took him in as his "grandfather"

    i like it, you're accepted! Are you going to make the scientist a character? It's cool if you want to. As long as you can do two characters.

    Enhanced Strength, Speed, and Endurance-
    Shuya is capable of lifting more than fifteen times his own weight, he can also throw a punch at almost one-hundred miles per hour, pierce through concrete, he can run at more than fifty mph, and endure more damage than any regular human.

    Dark Will-
    His hands were been "cursed" in one of Lex Luthor's failed experiments, whenever he touches someone with a weak will they will be encased in crystals known as "Dark Will" which cause horrible hallucinations and pain before a victim crumbles away into nothing. While this will instantly kill those with a weak will those with a strong will can fight the hallucinations and actually negate the effect of the crystals. Shuya can also use the crystals to create shields, storms of sharp fragments, and materialize a sword known as "The Maticore" which can cut through almost anything.

    He hasn't sided with anyone but has sworn revenge against Lex Luthor.

    Bio:
    Shuya has no memories of his past, he only knows his name and the fact that Lex Luthor was the one who turned him into the "monster" that he is today. He is currently hunting down the Luthor and kills anyone who stands in his way (Namely the armies that patrol the Conquered America). He is also trying to find out who he actually is.

    hmmm... I like it...an undecided character that good get in the way of the heroes, as well as the baddies...go for it! Just don't overdo the Dark will thing.
