Personality: Most people have called him a scoundrel; but he prefers to call himself highly informal. Despite his obvious skill and power, Nick is someone who prefers to lay back and relax through situations. He’s the one guy that’ll probably crack a joke in the middle of a battle, or right before the first shot is fired, only for the sheer sake of cutting the tension and lightening the mood. He’s a bit of an asshole too, and something a rebel as well. He has little respect for the “middle” of the chain of command, and will typically not listen to anyone’s orders unless those orders are coming from somewhere near or at the top of the hierarchy. In combat, he maintains his light-hearted attitude, which he usually attempts to employ against enemies in the manner of taunts and snide insults. Prone to joyously lashing out on his own, he seems to enjoy every moment of combat, through which he has an unending, and sometimes unnerving, smile.

Background: As seems to be the case with many people in this day in age, especially those caught in the infection and particularly those amongst the A.S.A. there is little to no knowledge of where Nicholas Traski was in life prior to the events. It’s known that Nick is originally from the United States. It just so happened that he was visiting family members in Poland when the infections began sweeping through. Miraculously, he managed to survive the diseases, where the rest of his family was either killed off or turned to their monstrous forms by it. Caught by an initial grief, he wandered the European landscape with the only weapons he could scrape up from his Polish grandfather’s home: an American-made long-range rifle, two swords, and a small stock of hand grenades.

Through his travels in Europe, he was caught in the deadly crossfire of a raging battle between two powerful and emerging factions: The Left Hand of Justice and the Academy of Supernatural Arts. In almost all run-ins Nick had with the two, the former was enticing the collapse of civilization, while the latter was locked in a war to preserve it. It was in the middle of one such conflict that he was made aware of his ESPer abilities, which he realized he had had for some time already. A young woman, who’s affiliation remained uncertain to Nick, brought him aside in the midst of the conflict and taught him the basics of controlling his powers. She also told him that he would have to be able to focus through his grief of everything that had been transpiring in order to unlock the full potential of his powers.

In the wake of the fighting, Nicholas saw himself in the ranks of the Academy of the Supernatural Arts, with which he aligned himself immediately in the hopes of both finding the “mystery girl” that had already taught him so much, and further exploring his capabilities. He made massive strides in a short time under the intense training offered to him by the A.S.A. Before long, he was even inducted into their team of mercenaries, with whom he began extracting tactical strikes against the L.H.J. After having built up a strong, if rough reputation for himself, he was called upon to reinforce the defenses around Great Britain and lead a final campaign against the Left Hand of Justice.

Weapons:

Double Blades; Nick wields a pair of blades both measuring about three feet in total length. They have a slight curvature akin to traditional Japanese blades, but also feature a more defined point at the end. They’re typically handled by hand, but he has also been known to suspend them in midair by way of his telekinesis.

Les Baer .308 Rifle; for long range use, Nick has gotten his hands on a Les Baer Tactical rifle, for which he also has flash and sound suppressors, making it an effective tool for sniping.

Grenade Stock; on any given mission, Nick will have up to five fragmentation grenades, three concussion grenades, and two flash-bangs (grenades that only emit a bright flare for disorienting targets.

ESP Ability: Advanced-Intermediate Telekinesis; Nicholas possesses a relatively advanced level of telekinetic ability. By way of a hereto-unknown manner of power (though most likely linked to magnetic fields) he is able to generate kinetic forces and fluctuations capable of enticing or impeding the movement of most matter. His powers are most pronounced when dealing with solid materials, such as being able to lift boxes up a flight of stairs. However, he has, to a small extent, learned to extend this ability to channel his power as a raw, airborne force, allowing him to mimic the effects of physical strikes through his telekinetic abilities. His level of strength has been based partly on his physical strength, but is mostly derived from his will power to move an object. He’s been known to use his powers to achieve feats such as flipping a car onto its side, and halting a falling boulder in midair. He is able to use his power for levitation and flight, which he can extend to others, so long as the total weight is within his ability to move.

However, his power only works under certain conditions. First and foremost is that he is hindered by a manner of line of sight principle, in that he can, in most cases, do nothing to move an object that’s not within his sight in any capacity. He’s managed to find some way around this though, in that he is able to move an object provided he is aware of its existence and location, and that he can clearly envision where it is, and where he wants to move it. For example, if he had a knife sitting on his desk in his bedroom, and he was in his kitchen, he would be able to extend his telekinesis between his kitchen and his desk and maneuver his knife to where he is. This level of his telekinetic ability requires a strong memorization of the layout of his location, and that he have little to no obstructions between himself and the object he’s trying to move. Distance also plays a factor in his telekinetic abilities; while capable of extending his powers to anything in his line of sight, there comes a distance point at which its effect will lose power. Usually, his power falls short of a mile.

Name: Date(Da-tay) Masamune [Though he's known by most as The One eyed dragon]

Weight (Optional)- 164 lbs

Appearance (Picture or Description)- Masamune is, what most people would call, a stereotypical Samurai mercenary warlord. He wears the typical heavy samurai armor, and wears a unique helmet that prevents any wind from blowing around him. Masamune has dark brown hair and a light brown eye. He wears an eye-patch over his right eye due to a disease earlier in his life.

Affiliation- Leader of The Left Hand of Justice

Personality- Masamune is aggressive and ambitious, he's always been the type to fight first and ask questions later, and his reckless behavior has almost gotten him killed many times. His enemies, and friends, call him the one eyed dragon, because of his abusive and destructive tactics on the battlefield. He also shows no sympathy, which was proved when he brutally murdered his brother when he tried to convince him to step down. Put simply, Masamune could be classified as a cold blooded, and heartless monster.

Background- Masamune is known for a few things that made him stand out from other leaders of the time. In particular, his famous crescent-moon-bearing helmet won him a fearsome reputation. As a child, smallpox robbed him of sight in his right eye, though it is unclear exactly how he lost the organ entirely. Some say he plucked out the eye himself when a senior member of the clan pointed out that an enemy could grab it in a fight. Others say that he had his trusted retainer Katakura Kojūrō gouge out the eye for him.

One day, while Masamune was speaking with his mother, his brother came into his chamber and demanded that Masamune stop destroying civilization with this infection, however Masamune quickly shut him up by cutting his head off with his sword. His mother, terrified by what her son had become, fled to a nearby safe haven and from what he's heard, she's planning a conspiracy against him.

An interesting fact about Masamune is that he's been infected, however, either by some antibody or perhaps even sheer will, he's learned to control it, giving him the ability to, if he feels like it, allow it to transform him into a monster, but unlike others who have been infected, he's able to not only control his monstrous form, but he can also transform back into his human form. This, combined with his innate ability to use a high level pyrokinesis and the fact that he has only one eye, earned him the name "The One Eyed Dragon."

ESPer Ability- Perfect Pyrokinesis:

Masamune's ability to use pyrokinesis is well known. His mastery of it came quickly, and he's been said to be able to burn a person from the inside out by just glaring at them, though it's unknown if it's true, people have never lived to tell the tale after going into battle with Masamune.

This ain't Feudal Japan bro.... I see you pretty much ripped the wiki page for the historical account, at least for the first part.

Also, you're multi wield is kinda illogical.

 

From an anime, several video games, all of which are based (to some extent) on a figure that actually existed in history during Japan's Waring States Period. The point being that the character is not only unoriginal, but to a degree, not adapted to the world in which the RP is set to take place.

Now Wayward, no need to start trouble. The character's name and the slight rip from wiki are from the historical figure, while the picture is from the anime. EVERYTHING ELSE is Original, meaning the character himself is also original.

Besides, Wiki or not, Small pox was going to be the reason for his missing eye anyway so...
As for not adapting, he's a freaking warlord! They existed in Europe last I checked and his group is scattered across Europe and possibly even Asia, meaning he could come from Japan.

Wielding six swords will be an ungainly endeavor, given the construction of the swords and basic human anatomy. Even if he can hold them somehow, his hands are going to be strained.

 

Not true. If he's in his infected form, it wouldn't be to hard to wield six swords between his fingers.
