This is the reason we founded the Abnormal Disturbances Bureau to combat these criminals. However, even those in this exclusive position in the Police Force too, have the ability to abuse their abilities, so that is why Shuya Takeda... former Captain of squad one is charged with death as he has used his abilities to kill five of his comrades, the current motive is unknown but as a menace to society he must be captured... dead or alive... do not aproach him unarmed as he is dangerous."*

This is the current situation of Shuya Takeda, former captain of ADBs 1st Squad the plan was brilliantly planned and hatched by the chairman, who killed off 5 squad members to keep his current goal secret, he plans to take control of the government by killing the current President. He framed Shuya Takeda who also knew of his plan to keep media attention on him while he planned his great assassination plan. The ADB is looking for him, all with the impression that he is a traitor.*

All of the ADB have special abilities that allow them to summon weapons known as Dragonic Spears which they can use to augment their powers. After being given a mortal wound with a Dragonic Spear the victim will fade away into a dimension known only as "The Maw" and will often remain trapped in that world a place where you don't age or die.

The RP will start with Shuya's attempt to stop the chairman but will be caught and stabbed through the heart by his sister, he will then be sent to The Maw where he slowly gains power to restore his Dragonic Spear as well as suffer the side affects of having a broken dragonic spear and will return to the real world as a half demon. He will then attempt to try and reveal the chairman's plan once again.

Short Bio-
He joined a year after his older sister and excelled, gaining a power Dragonic Spear and learning to fight even the most powerful enemies. After a short year of service he was made captain of Squad 1. He considered the Chairman his father after he adopted him and his sister and was shocked when he found out his plan and tried to stop him but was too late when he stole his weapon and killed of five other squad members. He then returned the weapon and asked if Shuya has the will to kill him, knowing the result the chairman laughed as Shuya ran out of HQ and tried to escape. A while after he was framed he finally worked up the courage to stop the man who he considered his father. When he came he was immediately surrounded by the captains, the Chairman, knowing that Shuya would never raise a finger against his sister, ordered her to kill him. Reluctantly she raised her sword and stabbed him through the heart, he then faded into The Maw. During his time in the void his personality changed as he became colder and more rational, gaining the ability and will to kill his sister or the Chairman if need be. He slowly repaired his Spear which had been broken after he faded into The Maw, after a year he fixed it and trained rigorously as demon cells began to enter his body, by the time he was ready his hair had changed from black to white and his eyes became those of a demon. He is much more powerful and has broke through the gates of the Maw and is slowly heading to HQ where he plans to take his revenge. He expects heavy resistance as his return is known by the ADB.

Ability-
Increased strength, endurance, and speed beyond that of a regular human, his demon cells make him resistant to bullets and slashes, the only way to kill him is by beheading him. He can also control electricty.

I like it but there are several things
- Cut out the demon cells
- She couldn't have been made to fight Shuya, everyone thinks he is dead
- The pics are a little bit too ecchi but meh, keep them if you want.

Short Bio-
Takeru formed the ADB when he was only 18 years old and has since then been a pioneer of demon technology and has distributed the powers and has distributed the demonic spears all over the world for military use. He was always a very revolutionary man, overthrowing the previous government which had a very tyrannical government before. However after a while of fighting, the trauma finally got to him and slowly drove him into insanity causing him to create the "perfect" government plan which would allow only the strong to live, knowing Shuya would rebel against it he framed him and then ordered his own sister to kill him.
