Prison Break​

Dear Fellow Inmate/Survivor,
If you are reading this you are either the winner of the lucky prisoner of the year award or a total hardass who knows how to adapt. Doesn't matter how you survived, my name is Tagger and I'm assuming you know how to use a Fragment if you landed yourself in here. Meet me in the training room and we'll discuss.

In this world there are some special people who can see things thy normal people can't, these objects are called dormant thoughts, these are believed to have been left by spirits who haven't passed on. The people who can see them are able to synchronize with the dormant thoughts and open a terminal, by opening a terminal your body's structure and genetic code are changed. This can either kill you, or change you into what many would consider as a super human, and the ability to use a fragment or ability given to you by the terminal which is a network connected to a server that is believed to be in another dimension. These abilities vary, and are sought out by the Government who is trying to desperately to copy these abilities. There are many people capable of using fragments, however, the power of a fragment is based off of it's level. Fragments can be level one to ten, ten being the highest. abilities can be as simple and useless as being able to grow your finger nails or being able to set objects ablaze with the snap of a finger. While the true potential of these powers is unknown people are becoming weary of these ability users, many are using their powers to reek havoc upon the world so a prison built specially for these ability users, while many have committed terrible crimes most are innocent and don't even know how to use their ability. At the same time there are death matches where winners are given special privileges. There is also talk of escape and rebellion. The choice is your's, escape or fight those who wish to escape for privileges and maybe even freedom...

Tagger (BK-201)

NPCs-
Prison Guards as well as other prisoners can be played as NPCs however, all prisoner NPCs can only be level 1-7, their role cannot be important seeing as all NPCs should be one time characters. Also NPCprison guards can have abilities as lon as they follow the 1-7 rule.

Personality-
Usually very cold and unsociable Kinji is a very quiet person who speaks few words, he speaks through his actions. However he's generally cool, calm, and collected, taking a very logical approach to all his problems. Under his rough exterior he is actually a very nice guy who does what he can to make his friends happy.

Ability-
Electrokinesis and Brain Acceleration - He is able to control electricity by creating shickwaves and lightning which can use to attack an enemy, he is also able to paralyze enemies for a short ammount of time just by touching them. He can also accelerate his brain functions, giving him almost inhuman reflexes.

Bio-
Kinji was the son of a rather poor man who ran a cheap hole in the wall that sold very cheap ramen, while Kinji was your average high school student who earned average grades and lived a life of solitude often helping his father with his business. However one day he was unfortunate enough to synchronize with a dormant thought and gain his ability, he was quickly caught and sent to the prison where he became a good fighter mastering the quickdraw which he called the "invisible bullet" which is faster than the human eye could see. This and his renowned sword skills earned him the nickname "Lightning Draw" although he has never killed a single enemy, often times incapacitating them. He is working with the resistance movement.

Personality-
Tagger is a very strange fellow who has many secrets and always tends to be where the evidence is not and is one of the greatest schemers of all time. He is also very hot-headed and revolutionary as he has plans to overthrow the prison.

Ability-
Pyrokinesis- He can control fire , creating huge heatwaves and fireballs capable of incinerating anything in their path. He can use fire to use a form of fighting known as Hell's blade which can slice through almost anything.

Bio-
Takeru was the first one to synchronize with a terminal and the first to gain his powers, he trained and trained with his powers until he was at level 11 a level no other ability user had achieved. Soon after the government started to become oppressive and started jailing ability users just for having abilitys. He led a secret operation in which he tried to overthrow the government which was nearly successful but failed in the end. He was then jailed, however he is now planning to overthrow the prison and begin phase two of the operation.
