There's a little bit of a lack of flow. I don't quite understand why Snow would hold a fireball, but hey I'm, assuming that it was part of the request.
all in all not too bad. Could be improved on.

Colors don't really fit Snow. his whole character design — to me— speaks cool colors. So, like blue, white, silver, cyan, and other colors like that. Also, the text size is too big. I understand that you wanted to take up room so it wouldn't be too empty. Probably would help your cause if you did some vertical cropping. Perhaps 200 in height would be better for this tag.

I'm not a big fan of the effects you've chosen to go with in this. Again, pointing to the color choices, the fireball just doesn't fit imo. I don't know what it is about it, but just something about Snow's overall look just doesn't mesh with fire good.

I'm also seeing a lack of finishing touches. The tag needs some contrast adjustments or something.

So, overall, it's not bad. It's not really my favorite, but you're improving, that much I can see.

Yea, he kinda wanted fire, and the hand of the render was also royally messed up.
