SOTW #2 [Voting]

1: I really liked how Terra stood in front of the background however I think there was a little too much white in the middle but probably the best sig here.

2: I don't know who that is, but I like the shadow behind him as well as the way he sort fades into the background.

4: I like how her and the coloring effects blend in, but I think it was overkill on the yellow and the text seems out of place.

 

2. The man is especially the main attraction but I am not into the text. The whole sharpness on the background and the man himself looks neat. Since the man stands out more, this signature will receive my 1st place vote.

1. D: Sorry. Nothing is wrong with it but I was tied up as to whether which one I should pick. #2 just stands out better.

4. I actually love this one although the super bright yellow covers one of her arms. She is more the center of attention and main attraction instead of the "angelic" text and that is fine. However, the bright light makes her other arm brown ( DX ). If her arm did not change color, this would have my 1st vote.

As for the others:

5. XD "Gonna be a... Good Life." I enjoy that text. :/ It has potential but I wish that it somehow blend in with the picture. The text took my attention the most. DX And there is too much liquid/wine alcohol floating around at the bottom right so that is why it is not in my top three.

6. -_- Nothing for me to be impressed or to have interest. Not being mean but "My Guilty Crown" is just TOO big of a text for me. That is the only thing that stood out. I think that you use too much sharpness or blurriness on the character but regardless, it did not captivate me.

 

2: I like the text. The background is also fitting how the text says.

1: I don't know why 2 is better than this one, but I like it too.

6: The quality looks low because of the sharpness and stuff. Also, try making the render smaller. A background would've been good too.

 

2 I really like the background and colours. The little bit of a newpaper like outline behind the guy completes the siggy. I like the idea of the text, but if the edges were less slanted and the word star was the same text it would deff. improve this siggy. Overall, I love it.
1. I like the colours and how the keyblade is at the bottom of the picture drawing the viewer in. I would have personally included Terra's face, it feel incomplete without it. Best part of the siggy is deff the left side from the arm to keyblade. The background works so well there.
4. Nice choice of stock and colours. The siggy has too much contrast and the text doesn't fit too well with it, but overall it's not bad.

 

1. I love the background it looks really neat and I like how Terra blend n well with it.
4. The colors are very nice and I like how it looks all glowy. But I don't like the little circle things behind the text it seems unfitting with the rest of the sig.
5. It's alright but the bottom part is knda awkward looking.

 

1 is my first choice. I think it's a beautiful signature and I like the look of the effects with the lighting and the little speckles. It's a nice picture of Terra too and in general it's visually appealing.

2 is my second choice. The colour scheme is pretty and the text actually looks great, however, I'm not a big fan of the effects used on the left-hand side of the signature. There's something about that upper-left corner that throws me off a bit, but aside from that, the signature is lovely.

4 is my third favourite. This one looks more simple than the others, yet it also looks elegant. The lighting looks decently well too, but I don't find the text pops out as much as it should.

 

1.) 1- I like the background behind Terra. Though I do think the light there in the center is just a little random and it just doesn't make sense. But I do really like it
2.) 2- I like this one a lot, however I feel like I've seen this thread before again, that's why I chose it as second.

3.) The rest of 'em. I couldn't pick a third place because they all had some things I didn't like and would have changed...

3- The image is not showing up for me, but if I remember when I looked at it before the image disappeared, the image bored me, that's one, two is seemed a little stretch, three it was unflattering, and if held nothing

4- I like the lighting of the Angel(not sure though if you added it or if it's part of the original stock image) The angelic text despite some saying it should stick out more, I feel like you shouldn't have it in general. The image is fine without it, and the blending in of it now with it takes away from the image. Then the swirls behind it... yeah just not liking it :\
5- Mine, and yes I do critic my own work. I'm going to be honest it was rushed, and it shows. For me spending literally five minutes on it(I was told to enter so for this first one, I didn't take my time). The image in the back I didn't do a whole lot to, it's the image I found on the web and I just like that look of Ryan Tedders, I should have chose something I could have done more to. The font I do like, minus the "Gotta be a..." part. After putting it up, and even while working on it, I wasn't feeling it. The "Good Life" font, which I did want to stick out despite others believing it shouldn't, I really like.
6- I don't want to say a whole lot, because I don't want to upset. You're obviously a beginner with this. The stock image in the back appears stretched, and though I know that's a filter(or two) over the image it makes it look distorted and pixelated. Then the text seems a little... eh to me. There's more I can go on about, but you're a beginner so.
