Interesting, but unless his eyes changed colour when he lost his memory I wouldn't bet on it.

Though there are some physical resemblances such as the hair, skin tone and facial shape.

 

o'k i've got a theory about how young xehanort is created, though it's not finished and i have'nt got to where young xehanort is created it's got alot of evidence behind it. check it out if you want it's right below this thread.

 

Actually, to support this, remember in the end of the trailer when he looks at Kingdom Hearts in the sky his eyes change. So its possible that when he opened the connection to Kingdom Hearts (which gave him the "dark" eyes) that he was knocked away or something by a powerful attack, and so it kept the link open (because he could no longer remember how to close it, or that it existed for that matter). Also it would be a good side way to explain about why Xemnas was so determined to get to Kingdom Hearts (perhaps to him becoming whole meant recovering his memories?)

I support this theory whole heartedly.

I doubt it because so many people are saying that the lingering spirit boss fight in KH2:FM was Terra. The only way Terra is Xehanort would be that Ven is the lingering spirit, and Terra did something strange like (and this is only a random idea) consume Master Xehanort's soul, creating a new Xehanort with Terra's body and MX's mind.

 

I notice in that picture, Xehanort has brown eyes, not yellow.

 

I hate to say it, but it is possible. But not likely.

 

Well when Xehanort or Xehanorts nobody as they call him, in the Ansem Reports, it says he was found with super human strength, so he had already become a nobody so it is quite possible that Xehanort may be his nobody, so just like sora, you don't look the same as a nobody. Anything is possible in the KH world though
