Biography: heads the SNA (Seperatist Nullification Agency). his job is to find and kill the members of the OWDF and keep the order of the world from falling out it's intended destiny.
Other Info: has a short temper and can't stand losing. he has been know to kill "expendable" soldiers in anger (granted it was part of their predestined future to be killed by him). he knows the future of everyone in the SNA (it is part of his job) as well as the intended destinies of the members of the OWDF. he will stop at nothing to set things on the "right" path.
Weapon: he is skilled with all types of firearms. but he prefers to use sub-machine guns as well as his side arm pistol he carries on his person at all times.

Weapon: The Rifle in in the picture.

Power: He was enhanced and experimented on and given enhanced strength, speed, and endurance. He also had his left eye replaced with a machine that could see about twenty times farther than the regular person and gives info on anyone he looks at. It is metallic silver in color.

Personality: He is a tortured, bloodthirsty soul and hates everyone for being happy. He gets joy only from killing, the only one he knew as a friend was killed off by his father.

Bio: He was born in a world where everyone he knew was living on the table scraps of an aristocracy that controlled everything. One day he met a girl named Tachibana who taught him how to shoot a gun and fight with his fist. One day they promised eachother they would throw the aristocracy out and create a government that cared for everyone. Sadly, the conversation a had been heard by his father who killed her on order of the aristocracy. Kuro then killed off him and all of the aristocracy and became known as "The Demon of the Red Bullet". He left his home in search of people who could fill his bloodlust.

He's from a different part of the world so the fate stuff doesn't apply to him.
