South Ridgemont High

Class began and the teacher started to speak. Though Antonio paid attention, he was still having his head down. He got A's and B's in class, even though everyone thinks he doesn't pay attention. The teacher kept speaking about the basics of English, and Antonio was extremely bored.

"I already know this stuff! Teach us something different dammit!" Antonio thought. He was bored of listening to the same thing over and over again.

 

Jordan walked into his math class and picked up the sheet of paper on the desk. "Oh, so are you my new student," the teacher asked him. Jordan shrugged and replied, "I suppose." The teacher looked down at his paper and asked, "And your name is?" Jordan sighed and replied, "Vexian, can't miss it." The teacher groaned and mumbled so no one could hear him, "Great, another touchy emo kid." As Jordan made his way to the back of the class, overlooking Jessica, he thought, 'Great, another douche teacher.' He sat down and looked down at the work in front of him. Laughing at how easy it looked to him he started on it quickly and finished more than half of the front side in less then 3 minutes.

 

Xia worried about Hector said "Hector you alright?" Hector came out of his tdance like state and said "Its nothing we need to get you to the dean." and with that Hector shook Alices hand and said "Thanks for that one last knight don't know how to make it up to you." and he walked away holding Xia like a sister.

"Well I am afraid that with out perant consent she can't join." said the dean. Hector and Xia looked at each other for a moment and then Hector said "I am giving her consent, she has no perants, she is with me, she wants to make it so that I can watch over her." the dean looked at Alice and said to Hector "Alright acsepted but we don't have a dorm room for her." Hector and Xia smiled as Hector asked "May I make a suggestion?"

 

The teacher assigned him a writing assignment in poetry. He had to write a poem of any style. He finished in two minutes. It wasn't hard to write poems since he used to write music lyrics. His poem was,

Darkness spreads around us.
Clouds rise above the moonlight.
The rays of hope shine on those who give up.
Their spirit wakes in a new world.
Their life never ending.
They will continue to journey on forever more.

"Too easy," Antonio said to himself. He was then told to read it to the class. When he did, the class was in aw.

 

Alex Rife

In computer science, the teacher was going over things he had known for years. While the other students were just learning the basics of a 2-D animated sprite, Alex was putting the finishing touches on the new game he was creating. Basically, it was an MMO. The finishing touches, was a new engine that made the snowflakes have a 1 in 8931 chance of being the same, and another engine that makes it so that a big blast of lava is made of many little sparks, and if one of those sparks touch you, you get hurt. Basically, stand close to lava when a bubble bursts, your dead.

OOC: Forget the meeting in the library, I am going to the zoo for a while and wont be back for about two hours. I will just meet you afterwards outside or something :/

 

Antonio got an A+ on the assignment. He was glad, but somewhat not surprised. Some kids said it was good, others called him a loser. Every time they insulted him, Antonio would say, "Try to match it," and they would be quiet.

"I still don't get why we have an assignment already in the beginning of the year. What the hell man. I hate High School. But whatever. Every minute and second is a shorter school year. Unfortunately, I still gotta go through the rest of the day. How lame," Antonio thought.

 

"Nice poem." Hector said while he was in the door way. "Not bad Antonio." then he put his work on the teachers desk, said to the teacher "I am going to need some one else to read it." and went to Basketball practice.

Later at the gym Hector and Xia were practiceing for both of their teams. Hector was making shots left, right and in between. Xia was studying the Cheer manual that the dean gave her. "Are the games that easy?" Xia asked Hector. "Sometimes, Cheers any good?" Hector asked Xia. "They look good," she said "But I need partners for msot of it."

 

The new guy was standing outside the entrance of South Ridgemont High, barely able to see because his cap was so low. He did not want to be recognized but yet, he did. He did not want to see the girls crowd around him but yet, he did. However, he did want to find people who enjoyed his work and find a girl who truly likes him for what he is, not what he looks like. With his cap down to his eyes, he ran into someone, who just got off his cycle. He almost fell to the ground. That's a bad way to start a new school...
"Sorry" the boy apologized.
"It's okay, man" the cyclist told him, taking off his helmet to reveal his long blue hair. Blue? That's a weird colour. The boy turned around, placed the helmet by his bike and walked away into the fields behind the school. The clumzy new guy simply walked into the entrance doors and was greeted by the swarms of students cluttered around the school hallways, talking and blocking the path of many. The boy became nervous and placed his hands into his pockets.
"I hope no one notices me..."
He walked through the hallway and instantly caught the blue eyes of a girl with brunette hair and saw her walk into a room. Not knowing where to go for classes and what he even is taking, he decided to follow but was instantly stopped by a secretary worker with a stern look in her eyes and the rancid smell of her raspberry scented perfume.
"Ryker Wakeford, is it?" the office worker asked, with an English accent.
The boy nodded, not wanting anyone to know. "Try to keep down, will you?"
"Keep down about what, Ryker?"
"My name."
She gave him a funny look but replied, "Yes, that is fine. Well, anyway, this is your timetable"
Ryker was given his timetable and the first class was Math on the top of the sheet. He gave a sigh but looked further down. He had Math, Film and Television, Drama, English, Science and Social Studies. Ryker looked up to say his thanks but she was already gone. Instead, there was a girl staring at him with gaga eyes.
"OH MY GOD!"
Ryker smiled awkwardly and turned away. He started to run.
"It's Ryker Wakeford!"
Suddenly he heard girls cry out and scream from behind him. He quickly looked down at his timetable and noticed the room number. It was close to where he was. After the first door, he turned left on the second and was greeted by the scent of pineapple. He quickly closed the door behind him and looked up to see the girl he saw before in the back corner, working on her worksheet like the others.

 

Antonio stared in confusion. He didn't know who that guy was. How did he know his name? Antonio asked the person sitting next to him who he was.

"Who the hell was that guy?" He asked.

"His name's Hector. He's on the Basketball team," the kid replied.

"Ok thanks." "Dammit! I missed tryouts!? Why the hell did no one tell me about this!? Oh wait...derp." The kid then spoke again.

"I heard that tryouts are still going on. If you're interested, you could try out for the Basketball team. I heard that you're pretty good." Antonio sighed in relief.

"Oh thank god." He then thanked the kid.

 

Hector heard something and looked to the Gym's main doors. "Well helo Jocks." Hector said as he saw the Jocks comeing at him. Xia walked infront of Hector as he said "Now is not the time guy's." with that the jocks tried to move Xia and got their butt's beat. "I told you guy's..." he said then he saw another kid in the door way "Hello Antonio here for tryouts?" Hector asked as he shot a hoop and made it.

 

OOC: Hey my guy wasn't in the gym yet. But I'll let it slide.

IC: "Tryout? Sorry I don't try. I do," Antonio said. He never likes trying. He does what he does. "But in your case, yes I am. School's boring so I need something exciting to do. Basketball's the best choice for me. I'll give it my all so long as I make the team. Interested in letting me, "Tryout?"

 

Ryker shook his head, as he stared at her, trying to snap out of his gaze.
"Sorry...I'm Ryker. I'm new here. I just moved from California."
He didn't like the glare and placed his hands in his pockets, nervously twitching each finger across his jeans' fabric. People just stared at him, trying to figure out where they saw him before. Meanwhile an overgrowing crowd of girls were looking out the door windows, locked out but wanting a glimpse of the upcoming star. They were crying out, "Come out Ryker. We love you!"
Ryker gave a mere smile at Missy and tried to find a seat, feeling awkward and wanting to get away. Nothing ever feels the same as it did before.

 

Will slowly woke up from sleep to realize he was under a table in the cafeteria. As he slid out from under it he saw a clock and noticed that it was about 15 minutes into first period. He shook his head and wondered why he felt like crap, then he remembered the fight. He remembered knocking her back, almost getting shot, then he drew blanks. "Oh well... time to go to math..." He said, striding down the hall.

 

Hector just laughed and said "That there is the spirit I like to here." he said as he made another basket. "don't worrie about the jocks that just got their but kicked they aremad because I am on the team." he said as he made yet another basket. "Now lets see what you got, one-on-one." Hector said as he trew the ball to Antonio.

 

Antonio put the ball down and began to stretch his arms. He looked as if he wasn't ready to play, having a sweater and jeans on.

"Alright. I'm ready when you are. What's the score limit, and who breaks?" Antonio asked. He hoped Hector knew what he was talking about. Antonio played a lot of streetball

 

Ryker smiled. It's nice to know someone who didn't know you. He wasn't that smart with sarcasm.
"Oh ofcourse. I never miss a class..." Ryker told them. "I'm such a geek" he thought afterwards, wanting to slap himself on the forehead. He joined her in the back, sitting down with his notebook and pen on the table. He then placed a water bottle on the top left, making it look tidy and polished. He was rather fussy about where he placed his things much like on the dinner table.
"So what do you like to do, Missy?" he asked but afterwards thinking that "Missy" wasn't the name he thought would match the person.

 

"There are no breaks or score." said Xia standing on the top of the bleachers already knowing what was going to happen. Hector Cracked his nuckles and said "Lets play my way then if you want to play streetball." then he rushed the ball and made another basket before Antonio knew what hit him.
