Don't let the Mods say Zero! (Members Vs. Staffs)

The original title is Don't let the Mods say Zero.
Since I can't change the title, I will make the title meaning Members Vs. Staffs!
MEMBERS VERSUS STAFFS

THIS IS THE FINAL UPDATE of the title and the gameplay.. so-

The game goes like this:
Members: (Community Members, Elite Members, VET and GFX Team Members) will increase the number.
Staffs: (Administrators, Super Moderators, Moderators, Retired Staffs and Site Staffs) will decrease the number.

So there will be a goal (not from the same thread) and it is to reach 200.
For the mods' goal are 40.

NOTE 1:
Retired Staffs are Retired.. so I decided them to be like Members. But I feel.. they're still staffs, but they are already retired.
NOTE 2:
The prizes are... I edited these pictures with Photoshop. It is okay If you don't want them!
