    The render could be blended into the background of the sig a little better. In some areas, the cut is not too great- around his left hand and hair in particular. I like the coloring but I think there could be more depth in the sig. The avatar is okay but I don't care for the placement of the text, right on his chin like that. I'd probably make the font a little smaller.

    Keep at it. ^_^

    If your going to be adding text to your tag; try "blending" the text within the tag instead of slapping it on last.

    Suggestions for blending

    • Overlay
    • Pin Light
    • Lighten

    Your getting better surprising.

    I am not a big fan of the text, really. I am also confused as to why the right side do not have that red. I don't know. I just feel an imbalance.

    Flandre: Text is camouflaging... ... and her eyes made me look all over the picture with a lot of that ink until I can actually redirect the attention to her. I like the glow efffects. Is that's supposed to be her wings?

    Ahh much much better, and if you want you can use "drop shadow" as well. For a 3D look too.

    You need to work on your text placement as well.

    And might I suggest that Drop Shadow really does wonders for text, in terms of visibility. Also, if you are gonna use a drop shadow, don't just leave it at 100% opacity on normal. Try doing Grain Merge then put the opacity to like 50% or less.

    And whatever the case, you never want to let the text take all the attention. If it's TOO LIGHT and barely visible, people are gonna end up thinking of what it says, thus taking the attention off the focal point. If it's too IN YOUR FACE type of thing, then people are just gonna end up looking at that the first time they glance at it.
