Why Roxas and Ventus are similar?

    Ok, stay with me. After Birth by Sleep, you see Ventus and Sora merge into one, and Roxas is the other half of Sora. So? What does this mean? Think about it. Ventus never left Sora, and Roxas is the other part of Sora. So i believe that Sora was never a heartless so he cant have a nobody, So Roxas is Ventus and he has a heart... What do you think? This is only a theory

    Ven's heart just went into Sora.

    Yea he was. Stab himself with the keyblade releasing his and Kairi's hearts. Turning himself into a shadow. Kairi wakes up grabs Sora turns him back to normal.

    Roxas, Sora body and soul being born in Twilight Town. I think that is a nobody.

    Well I wouldn't say they're the same just share Ventus heart.

    okay, i think its like this. the person that started it all was really ventus. After ventus went unconscious, his heart went inside sora, thus explaining why he can wield the keyblade, same with riku who inherited his power from terra and kairi from aqua. So going back, i believe the reason why ventus and roxas look exactly the same is that when roxas was formed after sora becoming a heartless, ventus' appearance manifested in roxas somehow, thats why roxas doesnt look like sora, unlike the other organization members like xigbar who looks exactly like braig.

    but i can be wrong.

    anymore theories?, i'm more than willing to listen because i, too, am curious.:confused:

    ugh...here's what's fact i believe.

    Ven's heart MERGED with Sora's. Why else do you think only Kairi's heart was released from Sora when he stabbed himself.

    The Shadow that was Sora was FUCKING SORA! Kairi changed him back by the strength of their hearts. play Re: Coded. The final boss in Riku's Data is called SORA'S HEARTLESS.

    Roxas IS Sora's nobody. The names is the same(exculde the X) and looks like Ven because HIS HEART MERGED WITH SORA'S!

    AND NO MATTER WHAT, EVERYONE WILL HAVE A NOBODY! SORA IS NO EXCEPTION! So there. Problem solved.

    yeah. . bottom line is during KH1, ven was already merged with sora, thats why Roxas looks like Ventus during KH2 because of the manifestation of appearance. . .yeah.

    Although I think your right on the part of Roxas having ventus' heart. why else would he have a heart and keyblade?

    Just because Ven's heart became or rest within Sora's doesn't mean Roxas looks like Ven because of this. It would make more sense that Ven's heart went into Roxas. It is implied that Roxas is a special nobody and that he has a heart.

    This is the cycle (I think):

    1. Ventus' heart was damaged. Ventus heart was given to Sora.

    2. When Sora became a Heartless, and all that changed, Roxas is born.

    3. Ventus' heart becamed the same as Roxas, so that's why they are the same.

    i think that the main reason roxas and ventus look so similar is because roxas is a more popular character with fans and square thought they could make the fan girls squee. although slicy has a good argument and i think it is a good explaination
