I just opened up the final episode on standard mode and I was wondering what level is recommended to beat Terra/Xehanort? I am level 39 now.

You should be fine. I beat him in the early 30's. It helps to block alot. That's what got me through. And be sure to have Renewal Block. Or Renewal Barrier, whatever it is called.

Thanks. I have another question. Is proud mode really hard or just slightly harder than standard mode? When I beat terra/xehanort I plan on replaying the game in proud mode so I'm curious. Should I add just one or two levels extra when leveling up or should I level up more? For instance, I was level 6 when I beat the first boss for terra on standard mode, so should I aim for level 7-8 or go higher?

Proud mode huh? Well, think of it this way.you need to gain probably 3 extra levels to beat a boss than Standard. the enemies have extra health and stats but exact same skills.dont forget that.when leveled up,just do what you would normaly do,but dodge more
