Powers:
Psionic Blast: Ability to overload another's mind causing pain, memory loss, lack of consciousness, vegetative state or death after having created a psionic link into that individual's mind. She only use this ability by looking into one's eyes. This process is usually not very difficult seeing as not many people know she has this power.

Accelerated healing: She heals near instantly she is harmed. It does wear off however, her other organs are restored but her brain is extremely sensitive.

Bio: Cydnie was a quiet girl who was known by all but wasn't talk to very often. However is always by her choice, and not others. She did have two friends, however, that she did talk to at least twice a week. Jordan Kevin. But when they began dating other girls she felt left out. Jordan however, stayed with her and continued talking to her even when he was dating. One night she was invited to a party and surprisingly she went. But unfortunately she was caught in the blast along with the others. She awoke to see a flaming Jordan escape the scene and felt different. She had felt as if her eyes were open around her. She began analyzing things in a different perspective. It was all so amazing at the time, yet she felt bored and uncomplete. She quickly learned that one of her powers was that by looking into the eyes of someone, she could cause them mental pain or even kill them by destroying their brain. She alson learned that she was a near undefeatable machine. Through her boredness she decided to form a group of people like her to control the city against the Norms, and eventually the wolrd maybe. She believes that the world needs to be changed, changed into a more perfect world. HER perfect world.

Black hoodie and a military jacket with a spade on the shoulder. also has longer hair. Eyes are a bright neon blue.
Power: Can manipulate fire and ice. Can create weapons from them or turn himself into a weapon by expelling the elements in certain way.
Also for some reason his eyes are harder for Cydnie to link through.
Bio: Grew up torubled, in and out of homes while he kept getting into fights in school. He never knew who his parents were until he turned fifteen and learned of the spades. He joined up almost immedeatly after he learned his parents had fought with the spades. He is coisdered one of the spades most powerful yet most reckless fighters.
