Pokemon: The Legend of Mew

Haras, Glaceon and Leafeon walked back into town. Not too long after he received a mental image from Abra as too where Abra, Blazekin, and Blastoise were. They met in the center of Teressa in the park. Blastoise explained through Abra to Haras that he saw Mew from afar watching a Pokemon Battle downtown. Haras thought that was interesting because he could've sworn that he saw something mystical in the cave that HE thought might've been Mew. He thanked Blastoise and returned him into his Pokeball. He then looked over at Abra and Blazekin. Abra explained that they didn't find anything, but there was hardly anyone at the Lord's Abby to begin with. Haras thought this was strange and returned Blazekin to his Pokeball, as well as Glaceon and Leafeon.

Haras and Abra continued to walk around town to try and find the Pokemon Battle Blastoise tried to explain.

 

Gryphon smiled, since Lucario could read his thoughts, (Yes, a well-trained Lucario can read the thoughts of its trainer) there was no need for him so actually say a command, thus giving no warning for his opponent, Ice Punch, Gryphon thought. Lucario picked up the thought and smirked, his hand becoming icy. He leapt into the air and dived at his opponent fist-first, "Here I come!" Lucario shouted at the Sceptile.

Ralts began laughing again and starting tugging gently on the legendary pokemon's tail. Ralts got back to its feet and started examining the Mew, mostly by tugging at its ears and tail. Needless to say, it was happy it had a playmate.

 

Jordan stared in amazement of the battle in front of him. "Wow, these guys are pretty good. Heh, probably not as good as my old man," Jordan said aloud except for the last part which he mumbled under his breath. He felt his bag begin to shake vigorously and took a peak inside. He saw his blue egg shaking with the red center glowing a brighter and stronger red. "Tama, what's wrong? This battle has you excited huh? Well enjoy it while it lasts because we have to go soon buddy," Jordan said to his egg. Unbeknownst to Jordan, his egg wasn't shaking to the battle, but to the legendary Mew which wasn't too far from them.

 

Gryphon and Lucario were both slightly caught off-guard by their opponent's reflexes, resulting in Lucario's imprisonment. With some clear mental commands, Gryphon's Lucario used Double-Team to systematically destroy the stony prison. As Lucario and his Familiars did this, Lucario turned to where Sceptile was, "Why is her Sceptile not following up on the attack?" Lucario said aloud in a low but calm voice. Lucario and Gryphon both saw Michi being tugged along by another Lucario. Judging by their familiarness, it was clear that the two knew eachother. Knowing that something important might be going on, Gryphon started to stride meaningfully across the battlefield, The Parents, an injured Absol, and Gryphon's Lucario walking behind him, "Is everything all right?" Gryphon asked Michi.

 

Gryphon put his hands in his pockets, "I wouldn't want to intrude, but if needed, my Gardevoir has some medical capabilities, she can help if you need it," he said looking to Gardevoir, who nodded and smiled, clearly willing to help.
Ralts understood what Mew said, but grew teary, not wanting to stop playing. As Mew flew away, Ralts attempted to hitch a ride by holding on to Mew's tail. This failed, and Ralts burst into tears. This attracted the attention of its parents, who instantly had their child in the mother's arms. The parents looked to eachother, "How did Ralts get over there?" Gardevoir asked. "I don't know, I thought you were watching Ralts!" Gallade responded. The two were about to argue, when Gryphon stopped them, "This isn't the time or place," he said to them. Gryphon turned around and waited for Michi's response.

 

"Well, looks like the battle is over." Kytes announced to his two Kirlia, taking them by the hands and leading them towards the church.

"Aw, but watching it was so much fun!" One began. Before the other could agree in the usual manner, their trainer cut them off with a, "We're here! Now shh!" as they entered the church.

The place was most certainly unique compared to the handful Kytes has seen in his travels. The glass part of the ceiling was built to follow the moon as it traveled across the night sky, and miraculously enough it worked in every season. The Psychic wasn't sure how, though. Well then, this is certainly unique. He mused, staring upwards. His two Kirlia did the same.

Off near the fountain, a Spoink continually bounced along. It apparently had just missed its master, having arrived a moment too late. It watched the dissolving battle with mild interest.

 

Jordan, who was too into his egg at the present moment, looked up to continue watching the battle when he noticed that no one was there. "Where did everyone-" he started before he took notice of Gryphon and Michi running off somewhere. "Hey wait up," he shouted to them. He put his egg in his bag and began chasing after them. 'I wonder what the hurry is all about. I hope we don't take too long, I still have to check in to my hotel! Not to mention I want to take up as much of this festival as possible,' he thought to himself. Finally he managed to catch up with the others who had all entered a small nice looking house. "You guys sure do move fa-" Jordan stopped seeing Michi over an elderly woman who had a fairly large gash in her head. His stomach dropped as he took a big gulp and asked hesitantly, "Wh-What happened?"

 

Kenjiro had been riding his bike at top speed when he came to a hill. " AHHHHHHHHHHHH !!!!!!" His bike crashed into a nearby house, luckily he opened the right pokeball at the right time. "Thanks Empoleon !!" His Empoleon placed him down as Kenjiro put him back in his pokeball. "Um.............................." the bike had crashed into the wall hard and was a mess the wall had been damaged too. He knew he could probally catch a Doduo nearby but knew the residents would be angry. It was the right thing to do so he headed for the door found it open and poked his head inside. "Hey um............I kinda cra......." he saw the ederly lady with a big injury to the head. He cursed himself out in his head.

 

Though she probably knew that the espeon didn't need it, Gardevoir helped levitate the old woman into the car. "Gardevoir, use healing beam," Gryphon commanded. (OOC: Healing Beam is a 5th gen move that heals opponents) Gardevoir nodded and put out a hand as a thin blue beam of energy shot out to the old woman. Gryphon looked to Michi, "This doesn't work as well on people as much as Pokemon, it should stop the bleeding, but she still needs medical attention," he told her. Gryphon made his way into the car and Gardevoir (whom was holding Ralts) followed close behind. Gryphon again looked to Michi, "Your Eevee does not know of this turn of events, it would be horrible if something happened to it," he said before he returned his weakened Absol and Lucario to their pokeballs before sending out Dragonair. Gryphon leaned closer to his Dragonair, "Look for an Eevee that's heading toward the hospital and tell it what has happened," he told her. With a nod, Dragonair soared into the air, towards the town. scanning the ground below for her rather small target. Gallade, seeing as he would not be comfortable in the car, gestured that he would follow behind the car. "If you insist," Gryphon stated.

 

Jordan followed Michi's instructions and walk to the car. As he walked, he thought to himself, 'Well this certainly is a change of events. And I was hoping to promote my 'ranch', so to speak, while I was here too. Well, friends come first so nno need to complain.' He stopped at the back door and thought of the seating arrangements. "Hey, uh, sir, are you sure we're all gonna fit in here? Gryphon, hi Gardevoior, Michi, her grandmother, and myself? I wouldn't want anyone to feel uncomfortable in here," Jordan asked.

 

Will stood from where he had sat down and started forward, following Michi and Jordan. As he slowly caught up to Jordan he smiled. "So man, what brings you here, other than the festival of course." He asked, eyeing the egg in the boy's hand as he brought out one of his pokeballs and started tossing it up and down, releasing his pikachu to sit on his shoulder. The pikachu squeaked happily before jumping onto Will's head then to his shoulder. It noticed the egg and started to crawl towards it. "No Pikachu, you can't poke the egg..." Will growled, grabbing the pikachu before poking the egg.

 

Darius and Kayla had just step foot off the boat and had arrived in the new region.

Darius looked at the sky and had seen a flock of pidgey's and wingull flying in the sky. Darius smiled and looked toward the sea as the boat set off back to the jhoto region. Darius saw a bunch of trainers battling and then he saw a pokemon center and signalled Kayla to follow him. Darius began walking towards the pokemon center.


Kayla looked at all the trainers pokemon and there battling stratigies and saw each and every flaw in there strategy. Kayla smiled and kept walking. Kayla was surprised to see so many strong trainer here. She had thought they would all be a lot weaker than what she had seen. She then walked into the Pokemon Center following after her brother. Kayla sat down and called put all her pokemon to eat.

Darius called out his pokemon and they began to eat immidiately.

 

" I.......guess I'll just....come back another time......." Kenjiro decided to take a trip around the village to get to know the area. "Wow that must be the pokemon stadium.......wha.....whats.....that..." he saw a pokemon playing with a Ralts. "Um.....Ive.....never seen a pokemon like that before...." He whipped out his pokedex and a file on a pokemon known as Mew popped up. " Um......I know I'm gonna catch it !" He took out a pokeball and aimed it.

 

The Spoink with the blue armband followed the group the whole time, definitely intrigued by the series of events as they came. From the fountain to the house to the Pokemon Center, it followed then, hopping the whole way down. Of course, getting directly involved would just be silly, so it maintained a safe distance of about five yards at any given time.

Now done with his church viewing, Kytes wandered back into the fountain square, wondering what to do with the rest of the night he had left.

"Well. . . I already saw the church and checked out all the festival booths. . . Do you two have anything to say?"

His two Gardevoir shrugged. "Find the pig before he gets into trouble?""Yes, yes, find the pig!" They chimed, finally with an idea.

"But I don't know where he is right now. . ."

"Use the bird!"

"Alright, alright."

 

Jordan looked at Jordan and gave a welcoming smile. "Oh hey. Will right? Oh not too much. Besides the festival, I thought I'd do a little promoting for this 'Ranch' I have. It's kind of like a day-care center but I actually raise Pokemon for longer periods of time and train them too. It's actually pretty fun," Jordan said, not being able to contain himself of his own excitement for his ranch. He noticed the Pikachu poking at the egg in Jordan's bag and felt the egg bounce in excitement as he felt the Pokemon's hands. Jordan laughed a little and said, "It's alright, but I think it would be better if he did that while they're on the ground, a lot more safer. Besides, Tama loves it when he gets to interact with other Pokemon, haha."

He rubbed the egg a bit in a caring way and pulled it out, deciding to carry it with him now. "So, what do you do back in your region, or are you from around here?"

 

Will grinned. "Actually I'm from Kanto. I just wanted to explore and visit every region, seeing as many of the legends as I can with my pokemon." He said, grabbing his pikachu to stop him from jumping on the egg. "So your like one of those caretakers or breeders right? That's cool. Not many of those where I come from. Mainly just trainers wanting to head to the elite four and achieve greatness." He said as the pikachu jogged forward a bit. "But I find the legends here very interesting. They say a woman and a mew saved the town right?" He asked the boy.
