    Gryphon laughed, "Oh? A gym leader? Well, as one leader to another, let me give you this advice: never underestimate challangers," he said tossing out a pokeball,"Let's show them what we can do Absol!" And Absol emerged from the red light and calmly looked up, its shiny white fur flowing in the wind.

    Gardevoir and Gallade, seeing that Gryphon was going into a battle, nodded to eachother, "Gryphon may need us," Gallade said, running to his trainer's side. Gardevoir looked at the two younger Kirlia, "If you come with me and wait for a moment, Gryphon can give you a Dawn Stone," She said carrying the Ralts and leading to two Kirlia over to Gryphon's side to watch the battle.

    Gryphon brushed some of his hair out of the way, "Whenever you're ready," he smiled, then a thought popped into his head, "Wait! We need a referee, don't we?"

    King of Darkness What up Monica

    As Jordan watched the two prepare for battle he thought, 'I wonder how my Pokemon are doing. I haven't even let them see this place yet. Let alone batt-no what am I thinking. No battling unlessed challenged, that's your rule.' He overheard Gryphon mention something about a referee but ignored, as he didn't want to get involved. But a small jump in his arm argued otherwise. "Huh, Tama is something wrong," he asked the blue egg. It began shaking with excitement as it heard the cries of the two Pokemon beginning for battle. "Don't tell me you want me to referee this? Yeah so I know the rules and stuff but that doesn't mean I'll referee." The egg grew warmer and stopped moving all together disappointed in Jordan. With a large sigh he replied, "Fine, I'll do it."

    He quickly ran between Gryphon and Michi and said, "Um, if it's ok with you two, I can be the ref...only if it's ok."

    Kytes wandered into the square, recalling his Teddiursa back to his pokeball. The little bear had fallen asleep, and the Psychic didn't want to wake him. Out near the fountain, he noticed several people having a battle, much to his interest.

    "Oh, looks like they've even got a ref!" He exclaimed, watching a trainer with a blue egg step forth. "I wonder what those two are- hey wait a minute, what the hell are they doing over there?"

    He jogged over to where his two Kirlia were, the blue bands on their arms distinguishing themselves from Gryphon's pokemon.

    "Oh, hello there, Kytes!" One chimed, the other following up with, "Yes, hello! We're going to get a Dawn Stone!"

    "That's nice and all, but who are they?" He asked, gesturing to Gyphon and company.

    Gryphon turned to the newcomer (Jordan), glad that he offered to be the ref. "Excellent! Then we can---" He was cut off by Gallade tapping on his shoulder. "Gallade! Gardevoir! Wonderful! Standby, I might need you in a bit," Gryphon said to them. The couple then tried to think of a way to explain that they needed a Dawn stone, but were having trouble trying to convey that (Remember, Gryphon can't speak pokemon). Eventually getting frustrated, Gallade took Gryphon's bag and fished out a Dawn Stone. He handed it to Gardevoir, who then very carefully handed it to the female Kirlia so that the male one didn't accidentally evolve.
    "There you are," Gardevoir said, turning back to Gryphon showing that they were ready if they were needed.
    "Alright then," Gryphon said turning back to Michi and her Flygon, smirking, "Absol and I are ready when you are!"

    Michi smiled. She looked over at her flygon who looked back at her and nodded.

    "Awesome, seeing as I think flygon and I decided on our battle plan." Michi spoke up.

    "Flygon fly up." Michi called to her pokemon.

    'I wish I could battle... the pokemon seem to have so much fun!' Michi looked around hearing the voice in her head.

    'Mew, you know you can't. You're a sacred legendary pokemon. If somebody were to manage to see you, you could be in trouble for the person may want to capture you.' Michi responded mentally.

    "Your move, Gryphon." Michi stated and saw another trainer show up which Michi remembered reading about. She knew exactly who he was, a gym leader had she not dropped out of battling to go to the league he would have been her next gym.

    (OOC: seeing how this 3-on-3 battle is suppose to be quick, I'll play fair if you do ;) meaning, I'll admit when it seems like my pokemon will faint)
    That article in the paper said she was very strong, I'll have to be careful.....hmmm.....Maybe a distraction to start off with......Flygon's a ground type, so this would work..... Gryphon thought, "Is that all?" he asked Michi, "Absol, Water Pulse!" Absol opened his mouth and the inside of his mouth began to glow blue. The glow then shot out in the form of a bright blue sphere with a dark blue ring around it. The sphere wasn't at all big or the strongest of water attacks, but its possibility of confusing its target and the speed at which it flew was a definite plus, and it was quickly closing the gap between Absol and Flygon.

    "Dodge, flygon!" Michi shouted to her pokemon. Her pokemon flew out of the way but was still hit some. 'Doesn't seem like it was that effective.' Michi thought to herself.

    "Flygon, use fly!" Michi shouted to flygon. Flygon flew down at absol quickly to attack the pokemon.

    "Back up quickly after the move, flygon." Michi stated not wanting to stay in too close of a range. She looked over at the absol to see what sort of damage was done.

    Absol shook itself off, mostly unharmed. We have to hit that thing out of the sky Gryphon thought, thinking of a move that wouldn't miss. He quickly thought of one, it wouldn't hurt a whole lot, but it would hit, and with any luck bring Michi's Flygon to ground level, "Absol, Aerial Ace!" Gryphon shouted. Absol leapt into the air with a thin with aura in front of him with amazing speed. Absol hit its target square in the chest, using all its wieght to drag Flygon to ground level. "Now that we have you right where we want you......Iron Tail!" Absol looked into his opponent's eyes and smirked as his tail glowed white. Absol flipped himself around and hit Flygon with full force, speeding Flygon's descent into the ground. Absol landed on the ground, smiling at his handiwork waiting to see the result of his combo attack.

    OOC: so you are willing to do combo attacks

    IC::

    Michi grinned. Flygon spreading it's wings after the attack still able to fight.

    "Signal Beam, Flygon!" Michi called to the pokemon. Flygon shot out the multi color beam from its mouth. Michi knew this would do a lot damage to Absol but she wasn't done.

    "We can do combos,too, Gryphon!"Michi called to her opponent. "Flygon advance forward and use dragon claw then get back again." Michi said to the pokemon. Flygon flew forward the beam dead on absol. As the beam stopped flygon was right infront of absol and swiped its dragon claw at absol's face before flying back again.

    Absol managed to summon enough strength to stand, weakened by the onslaught of attacks. Absol turned his head slightly to Gryphon, waiting for a strategy. That's one smart girl Gryphon thought, But she doesn't fool me, it may not look like it, but that last attack did a number on her Flygon. Still......how does it still have the strength to fly? Gryphon racked his brain, For now, a direct approach would work. "Absol! Take the time you need to aim with this! Dragon Pulse!" Absol smirked, as if he had been waiting for that all day. Absol opened his mouth and a purplish-whitish light began to glow from his mouth. Absol had the beam ready, but didn't fire it yet, waiting for the perfect opportunity. Come on.... Absol thought, Fly at me, I dare you...

    Stella watched the battle carefully. 'Flygon is holding in but Absol's next move would be demistating to flygon.' She thought to herself. 'There is the one move flygon knows when I first got him.' Stella thought to herself. She never like the move but it would seem it was her only option.

    "Flygon! Dive down at the ground and use dig, only come up when you know your safe and expecting to do damage!" Stella called to her pokemon. The pokemon quickly listened and dove at the ground beneath it and began digging it's tunnel underground.

    Gryphon and Absol shared a smirk, Big mistake, Gryphon thought, "That trick won't work on us, Michi! Absol! Fire the Dragon Pulse into the hole!" Absol, with his mouth still glowing, leapt over to the entrance to the tunnel Flygon had created. Poking his head into the hole, he fired the white-purple beam into the tunnel. Instantly, parts of the underground, presumably where the Flygon had dug, glowed with the light, and then faded. "Gotcha now," Absol said to himself. Everyone watched for the results of the attack. Gryphon began scratching his chin, There's no way her Flygon could have dodged that........Is it still kicking? Did it faint underground? Can't be too careful. "Absol! Back away from the hole!" Absol obeyed and both him and Gryphon waited for any kind of result from their attack.

    Underground flygon raced escaping the flames and flew straight up not caring about what Michi told him on waiting for the perfect opportunity.

    Flygon was surprised to hit absol.

    Michi looked forward and was surprised by what she saw but smiled then saw it end as the flames raced out and hit flygon. Michi knew from that moment both pokemon were out.

    It was Haras's third day in Teressa. His first day there he had discovered a library in which he learned of the Legend of Mew. Now he has spent the last 2 days collecting as much information about the Mew as possible. He sat down on the bench in front of Mew's fountain at Dawn. The sun rose, glistening the water, reflecting the orange firey sun's color, making the water look like fire.

    He sat there, head hanging down, his elbows resting just above his knees. An Abra sat beside him, meditating or sleeping, the creature rested beside him. A Cerilean colored creature rubbed itself on his leg like a cat, purring in delight.
    "Hey Glace.."- he said as he petted his Pokemon.
    He looked out into the sunrise.
    "Alright guys, lets hunt us some Legendary pokemon."- Haras said as he whipped out three pokeballs. Throwing them into the air around him. A Blastoise, Blazekin and Leafeon surrounded him.
    "Blazekin and Abra, go to the Abby and spy on the Lord of this town. See if there is some kind of kript where they keep secret files on the Legend. Maybe there is more to the story..."-Haras
    Blazekin nodded, as did Abra ,before walking down the brick style road to the North.
    Haras turned to Blastoise.
    "Swim around the island. Look for hidden passage ways and tunnels. Maybe Mew is hiding under the city."-Haras
    Blastoise repeated its name as it dived into the water behind itself.

    Then Haras turned to Leafeon and Glaceon. He remembered his brother whom had died fighting for the Kanto military as he looked deep into Leafeon's eyes. He felt sympathetic to the creature. He knew it would be hard for him to loose Glaceon. He knelt down and hugged his new companion.
    "I know Leaf...I know...he would be proud of you. Now lets go up to the crystalite mines. Maybe there's something in those abandoned caves.."-Haras

    (later that day)
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Blastoise spent several hours swimming under water, but found nothing. As he came up to the surface where they had all seperated he saw a battle was taking place. And thats when he saw it. Just hiding behind the bridge. Mew.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    Blazekin and Abra snuck into the Abby of the Lord. Abra mentally searched everyone in the mansion. But no one knew of anything as far as a secret kript or library.
    "It does seem like the Lord is out though"-Blazekin thought.
    "Yes, very much so. There is hardly anyone here. I wonder why."- Thought Abra to Blazekin.

    Kytes watched the battle with mild interest, somewhat pleased on the general good sportsmanship of the match.

    "I love a clean battle, don't you?" He asked, his two Kirlia, both holding his hands.

    "Yes, yes, we know you like nice matches.""Yes, nice and polite matches. You never stop talking about them.""No, not never!" They chimed, pulling on his arms. "But we want to go see the temple!""Yes, the temple! And then we must go evolve!"

    "I thought you were going to hold off on that until we got a da-" The Psychic began. The female lifted up the Dawn Stone midway through his sentence, cutting him off. "-Oh, you just got one. Okay then, I'll help you do that tomorrow."

    Gryphon's eyes widened by the speed of his opponent, and for a moment, he thought his plan had not worked. Then the Dragon Pulse shot out of the newly made hole and hit them both. Absol fell to the ground next to his opponent. Absol made an attempt to get back up, but slumped back to the ground. Flygon did the same. Gryphon knew both pokemon were down and out, so Gryphon ran into the battlefield to help his injured pokemon, "Absol! Are you alright?" He asked, helping the dark pokemon up. Absol called his name and smiled, Just like you, Absol, you love a good battle. Gallade and Gardevoir ran to their master's side to help him carry Absol away. Gryphon's pokemon never liked being returned to their pokeballs immediately after a battle, they preferred to stay out and watch how their friends did in their battles.
    Unbeknowest to the parents, Ralts was all alone by the side. (OOC: this is where I get Ralts alone for you, Destiny) Ralts looked to its left and saw what seemed to be a pink blur fly by at ground level. Entranced by the bright object, Ralts happily ran away, laughing as it chased the pink blur. Gryphon and the psycic parents carried Absol over to the side, and the Parents assumed that perhaps the Kirlia twins were watching their child. (They aren't, please don't interfere Requiem :) ) Gryphon looked back to Michi, "Is your Flygon okay?" he asked.

    Michi hurried to her pokemon and the pokemon raised its head some.

    " Are you ok, Flygon?" Michi asked her dragon pokemon it smiled at her. "I'm glad you're ok, you did an awesome job out there." Michi stated returning him to it's pokeball. Michi hurried back to her end of the field and nodded.

    "He's great, now then shall we continue?" Michi asked grabbing a new pokeball.

    Mew landed in a tree hidden by branches to watch the rest of the battle. She looked down though hearing small footsteps running. A baby ralts showed up. Mew smiled at the little pokemon.

    'why hello there.' Mew spoke in the small pokemon's mind.

    Gryphon smiled, "We're just getting warmed up!" he cried, tossing out another pokeball. From the light that emerged, a Lucario landed on the ground. Smirking, he got into a battle stance, a blue aura emenating from his body, especially his hands.

    Ralts said nothing, not that it could anyways, but it started giggling and began jumping up and down a few times, hoping it could just jump to the branch the Mew was on. After that didn't work, the Ralts tried to climb the tree itself. After climbing barely one foot, it fell to the ground. It sat there for a moment, and then began crying furiously, not because it was hurt but because it couldn't get up to the Mew.

    Haras krept along the edge of the cavern wall with his creatures at his feet. The smooth galliant gracing of sickly neon greens and blues touched the light of the sun, illuminating the walls. Haras, Leafeon and Glaceon were a lot deeper into the caves than Haras would've expected the light to travel. He figured he'd dip when the cave got dark. But it felt like he was was within the cave for hours. Like a maze it just kept going and going. Haras felt engaged, like something was speaking to him through walls. Telling him to keep going. And as he krept, as he walked down the path untaken, there he saw a door. Not a grand gate or archway. Just a regular, tattered door within the far corner of the wall. He looked to his Pokemon, noticing the furr on the back of their necks was up as though a predator was near. He looked behind him. Nothing. The he notided something. Through the reflection of a crystal at the entrance of the part of the cave they were in, he could see the light behind them quickly dissappearing. Slowly but surely, all of the crystals light was gone. They were left in the dark.
    "Glaceon! Leafeon!"-Haras.
    He quickly called to his pokemon and held them close. Some could be heard sweeping across the floor of the cave. A giant maybe. Or maybe many smaller things. He looked over his shoulder and saw a small speck of light. It looked pink. Almost white. He walked closer to it but it seemed to get farther away. As he reached out to grab it he tripped over. He could hear a noise ringing in the cave.
    Mew Mew Mew Mew Mew Mew
    the light of the crystals returned. The Cave was back to normal.
    "What was that?"-Haras
    Glaceon purred and rubbed up against his leg.
    "Hmmm...lets go back and find the others."-Haras

    Michi grinned, mentally she was cursing to herself. 'I really could use Lucario for this battle, but he's been busy helping Mr. Mime with grandma. My second best would be Sceptile, fortunately Sceptile does know one fighting and one ground type move that Lucario is greatly affected by, plus Sceptile is one of my strongest.' Michi thought to herself and nodded putting the ball she was twirling around away and pulled out a different pokeball.

    "Let's do this, Sceptile!" Michi called out her pokemon into battle. The strong, wise grass pokemon appeared a small twig hanging out of his mouth. Sceptile stood there arms crossed watching the lucario for its first move and anticipating the battle.

    Mew look down at the ralts and quickly flew down to it.

    'There, there little one, Mew's here to play with you.' Mew said in the pokemon mind which reached Michi's mind. Michi looked over at a tree seeing the small baby ralts belonging to Gryphon and mew.

    'Mew! You can be seen there, you need to hide!' Michi shouted in her mind. Mew looked up at her.

    'After this little one is taken care of, continue with your battle. I'm sure people will look over at your battle before this little ralts and I.' Mew replied back to Michi. Michi bit her lip unsure but needed to focus on the battle to not give Mew away, too much.
