2000 years ago...
"I need to hurry!" a tired woman ran out of breath, tired, and looked ready to fall over. She was running for her life, for some sort of purpose. ​

`Hurry, Teressa!` a voice pleaded in the woman`s, Teressa`s, head.​

"I`m trying!" Teressa exclaimed.​

Teressa turned in the cave where she was suppose to turn and came to a stone wall. She knew what she had to do and took a step forward but stopped hearing someone behind her. She quickly turned around coming face to face with a creature of some sort, not a good creature.​

(I realise this is a Mewtwo, but that's not mewtwo in this RP)​

"No, Dark!" Teressa exclaimed.​

"Teressa, Teressa, Teressa" it spoke, "you should have known better than to run away from me. To run away from your king, your lord. Even worst to go against me." the creature, Dark, stated. Teressa found herself covered in a red light as she was lifted up off the ground by Dark. Teressa began screaming as she felt the pain go through her body.​

'Teressa! You can't let him win!' The voice rang in Teressa's head. 'You have to escape!'​

"I'm trying, I need help!!" Teressa shouted out. Suddenly four mews appeared out of no where. ​

"What-?!" Dark turned around seeing them. He quickly flicked his wrist causing Teressa to get thrown towards the wall. She went through it though. ​

Teressa slowly sat up and looked around the secret cave, a secret place only legendary pokemon and legendary people, like herself, can enter. She was in awe. For a long time the mews and her have been looking for this place to finally end the horible lives they live. The life? ​

Dark ruling pokemon like Dark's rule over the humans and weaker pokemon. For a long time the mews and Teressa's ancestors have been fighting them to try and bring peace: a new world with pokemon and humans living in harmony and new legendary pokemon to assist the mews in keeping that balance. Teressa was trained by her father to continue fighting and Teressa just gave birth to her own child, a child she'd hate to go through what she had to go through. Bad enough a month ago Teressa was captured by Dark and forced to become his queen and watched as he murdered the man she loved. ​

'Hurry, Teressa!' One of the mews called to her, pleading. They were in trouble. Teressa nodded and stepped forward through the magical cave. Different crystal glowed different colors, each different colors representing the different elements of pokemon. ​

Teressa then came to what she needed. A large marble staircase leading straight up to a pedistol containing a dark crystal for the evil pokemon ruling over the world. Teressa, with a goodness of heart, had to use magic she wielded to change that crystal to light to give birth to the new legendary creatures so new crystals for those creatures could be born. However, Teressa would have to give up something, she remembered speaking to the mews about it. ​

Quickly, Teressa ran up the stairs to the top. Sometimes two at a time. She finally reached the top and saw the light shining down on the pedistol with the small, floating, black crystal. ​

'Remember, you'll have to give up something when you do this, just keep you heart good and it won't be bad, think about the world, about the town, about your baby.' Teressa remembered the conversation with the mews. ​

About her baby...​

Teressa, without hesitation, wrapped her hands around the crystal. Her body and the crystal immediately began to glow. Teressa could feel herself being pushed back but held her ground before yelling out as light shot up.​

Meanwhile... in the town above ground... an old man watched in the distance holding a small child, the child of Teressa. A light suddenly errupted from the mountains. ​

"She did it..." The man said in awe. Gasp could be heard from different people around town as they gathered behind the man, obviously the town's leader. He looked back at all of them and nodded. ​

The night sky soon luminated with multiple color lights and forms began to take shape in them and become a solid, the legendaries being born to protect the balance. Many big and some small. The townsfolks watched in awe as they hurried towards the mountain to see their hero.​

Meanwhile...with the mews... The mews kept fighting hard against Dark, a loosing battle one would say.​

'We can't do this...' a mew said to another. ​

'We have to!' The other exclaimed as all four mews laid on the ground. ​

"Giving up? You pathetic little pokemon, to belive you're suppose to be a legendary, pathetic." Dark said to them. ​

"Mew, meeew, mew, meeeeew mew!(as long as you die in the end at Teressa's hand, we've done what we had to do.)" One of the mews spoke out. Dark just grinned and laughed. Suddenly he felt to the ground intense pain inside of him as his body glowed.​

'Teressa did it!' A mew exclaimed and smiled wide. ​

"No, no, what's happening?!" Dark stated as he was slowly fading. "I will come back, I promise!" Dark shouted when all the townspeople showed up right as Dark was disappearing.​

Inside the secret cave, Teressa stepped away seeing the crystal change. She was extremely tired and smiled. Her body was changing though. ​

The mews all flew in and were surprised by what they saw. They could tell it was Teressa, but laying on the ground wasn't Teressa's normal body, she was a mew.​

They couldn't believe it. Teressa's body began to glow blue as the mews lifted her body up and headed out of the cave to meet the rest of the townsfolk.​

The mews floated out with the passed out new mew sister of theirs. The townsfolk looked confused as the baby smiled and pointed.​

"Moma, moma, moma!" The baby exclaimed. Slowly Teressa's eyes began to open up and look at the baby but was too injured and tired to go over and see it.​

"She became a mew..." The man holding the baby stated and stepped forward holding the baby boy. He knelt down where the mews set Teressa down. ​

"Teressa?" The man asked. The mew looked up at the man. The man had tears come to his eyes. "My beautiful daughter!" The man began crying and lifted up Teressa, his daughter, in his arms while still holding Teressa's son, his grandson. ​

'Father...' Teressa spoke in his head. Only her family able to speak to the legendary pokemon, mew. The father had tears fall from his eyes. 'Don't cry please, just take care of Mathew for me.' The man nodded.​

"We'll have a celebration, first we must head back to the town and get you healed up." Her father spoke.​

'Then I must go on my way. I'm a mew, I need to go with the other and protect the world, father.' Teressa spoke. He nodded.​

In that very cave on the magical wall where only the magical family and legendary pokemon can enter to the sacret cave, the story of how the world was saved by Teressa is written as well as a statue stands of Teressa and a small mew sitting against her leg.​

The town every year now holds a celebration to honor "Mew" and to be thankful for the harmony of pokemon and humans.​

The town of Terssa is getting ready to have their Celebration of Mew. Many pokemon trainers, researchers, and tourist are coming to the celebration of it being 2000 years since the defeation of the evil pokemon. ​

​

Local townsgirl, and past pokemon trainer, Michiko(Michi) is really excited for this celebration, though also worried due to her grandmother being sick. She has been helping out whereever possible and through this celebration she'll meet many friends who will become long lasting friends. Michi has a secret though that Michi doesn't even think her grandmother knows, she's a descendant of Teressa. With magic power over pychic powers that she keeps hidden, she discovered through her good friend, a pokemon, a pokemon nobody but her can speak to, the pokemon, Mew.​

This year's celebration is going to be remembered.​

"There it is." A man grinned. He was sitting in a jet flying over a mountain range of some sort.

"The place where the dark pokemon ruling over the world were defeated by a human being who became a pokemon. Quite a marvelous legend." The man grinned. He looked down on a town all lit up as people slept. He smiled.

"The town of Terssa, named after the girl. Getting ready for the celebration of Mew. This should be fascinating." The man laughed to himself.






"Michi!"

"Coming grandma!" A young girl the age of 15 called from the front room of a small house in a lovely town, Terssa.

The girl ran into the kitchen where a lucario stood holding a bottle of medicine.

"Thank you, Lucario." The girl, Michi, told the pokemon before going out the back door onto a screened porch. An older woman sat on the back porch sipping a cup of tea. She was looking at the sceenery viewable from the back yard.

The back yard was fenced. A shed to the back of the yard. A garden stretched along the high wooden fence. A beautiful oak tree stood the opposite corner of the shed a few bird pokemon perched in it. The most beautiful scenery is the mountains viewable over the back fence which was a lot smaller than the other fences. Standing probably only 3 feet high. No worries as it did hang over a valley.

The fence was only put in to keep Michi a wondering child who as a child still found a way to venture around town, from wondering off. If it wasn't just grandma, she wouldn't mind but Michi's mother died having her and grandma's son disappeared before Michi was born. The young baby having no where else to go, it was only right that grandma took her in.

Grandma would always say how happy she was of Michi and how proud she was, too. Grandma often described Michi of having her father's personality of always wanting to help people, being kind, a goof ball, and a strong perscevearence especially in a pokemon trainer battle. She'd also say she got her mother's beauty(minus the eyes in which were her father's and Grandma's) and being a sweet girl.

Grandma always worried about Michi though, Michi would often go exploring and go on dangerous adventures which is when Michi's father disappeared.

"Grandma, you haven't taken your medicine yet today." Michi stated crossing her arms holding the bottle in her hand.

"Oh calm down, Michiko. I feel just fine. I don't need the medicine. People were able to live life quite fine long ago without medicine." Grandma pointed out.

"Yeah, they lived off of herbs, which I'd rather swallow a pill than eat a bunch of herbs." Michi pointed out.

"I'm drinking herb tea!" Grandma exclaimed.

"It's not enough though, grandma!" Michi complained. "Please just take the medicine." Michi pleaded with her. Grandma sighed and smiled at her grandaughter.

"Fine." Grandma stated taking the bottle of pills from her grandaughter. Michi smiled.

"I'm heading into town. There's still a few things that need done before the celebration starts tonight." Michi stated opening the screen door to go to the back yard. She walked over to the wooden door in the fence to head out to the driveway.

"Alright, dear." Grandma smiled at her grandaughter. "Be careful." Grandma told her.

"See ya, Grandma." Michi said sort of sarcasticly always getting the samething every where she went.

Michi walked out to the driveway where her grandmother's old car was parked. Leaning against the fence was Michi's purple bike.


Michi rode off into town noticing all the tourist walking through the streets and many people setting up booths for the celebration.

 

Michi rode down the street and felt herself loosing control of her bike.

"Woah!" She exclaimed. She looked down ahead of her at a boy looking up at her, strange thing was he was staring. She shook the thought away when she was getting closer and realized she was going to run into him.

"Look out!" She yelled at him. It was too late though as she knocked him over and fell off her bike on to the road her bike landing at the feet of some other boy(Will).

"I'm so sorry!" Michi quickly stood up and hurried to the boy she hit and lended out her hand to help him up. "I lost control of my bike going down the street." She explained.

 

"It's fine. It's the Celebration of Mew.I live here in town and help out with the celebration which I was just on my way to finish getting ready for tonight which is the official celebrations when the legendary northern lights will show up." Michi explained.

"My names Michi by the way. Resident of Terssa, past pokemon trainer, and possibly future gym leader of the Terssa gym." Michi explained to them taking her bike from Will.

"I'm sure everythings already set up and fine. I can give you both a tour around town if you'd like." Michi offered. "It's the least I can do for almost breaking your eggs and my bike almost hitting you." Michi stated.

 

'That looks like a maniphy egg.' Michi startled by the voice in her head. Mew, not now... She thought to herself even know the pokemon couldn't hear her own thoughts, just her voice. She glanced around and saw the small pink pokemon hiding where no one could see it. She shook her head slightly but stopped before getting noticed by the two boys.

"Alright then. Let's start about me telling you about center square and town gate. To the south that leads to the harbor which leads out to sea in which I'm sure you both came in through. Boats travel in and out here often seeing as it's one of the nicest, not to mention cleanest harbor in this region because we're not a big city and of the natural elements. To the West, that leads up to most of the houses in town. I live up there with my grandmother. A short cut to Route 36 can be found too. To the east it leads to some shops, more homes, the pokemon research lab, the pokemon center, the inn, the poke mart, and the gym that's going to be opening up. It also leads to route 1 which will take you a safe route around the mountain to the next town over. It also a beautiful route traveling along the sea." Michi explained.

"The best part of town, which I'll take you two, is to the north." Michi explained walking accross the square towards the northern part of town.

As they traveled it was obvious the homes and buildings appeared older looking(picture building in the French Quarter in New Orleans). Many family ran shops and other buisness were in them. Michi stopped and quickly folded up her bike and put it away in her bag as she walked up the stairs.


"Welcome to the Village of Terssa. This is the original part of town that has survived over 2000 years. Though the church came much later about 1500 years ago." Michi explained.

Many booths were set up on the brick square. In the center was a patch of grass with a few old, tall but not too tall tree, a water fountain, benches, and a child swing set. On the water fountain there was a mew sitting on it( a statue). The square had many small booths set up with craft items, music, and more for sail. Many shops and even homes were found. "The water fountain has a mew sitting on it representing the person the town was named after, and yes person. Though many people forget. The mew was a girl named Teressa." Michi explained. "We can go in the church and it tells Teressa's story, the town's story....no the world's story on how we now live together in harmony with the pokemon versus living as slaves to dark, evil pokemon who don't exist anymore." Michi told them.

"Yeah, I want to make sure that little guy is ok." Michi stated walking over to where the ralts was safely on the ground again.

"Hey! Is your Ralts ok?" Michi asked running up to the trainer and the parents to the ralts. After she asked the question the church bells began ringing 6pm. She was surprised how fast the day went by. The festival was going to be starting waiting for the legendary lights in the sky. Michi turned around and watched as lights in houses and on the street were turned off and the street lights didn't turn on. The only light in town was the light from the sun set. Michi turned back around to the trainer of the ralts.

"Anyways, is your Ralts ok?" Michi asked.

 

Michi smiled and looked at ehr pokemon. Lucario was at home helping out her grandmother, but she would be ok.

"Sounds good to me." Michi smiled grinning pulling out a pokeball.

"If you heard about me, you would realize that I'm going to be the future gym leader. Take note this would be no official gym battle, not that you'd win anyways." Michi smiled. She grabbed one of her pokeballs and spun it on her finger before throwing it up and catching it tossing it out into battle.

"Let's go, Flygon!" Michi called out as the dragon bug pokemon came out.
