A New Chaos (A Whole New Kingdom Hearts Story)

Gino was startled as he he saw Aquus. Gino's eyes started to sparkle as he saw that Aquus was giving him more munny. "You... would rather give me some more for my trouble? I... you truly are her descendant! Good gracious kupo! The master would be pleased kupo!" Gino accepted the 600 munny and then started to close his eyes. A shining glow appeared between the two of them and a two maps appeared. "This map will show you to a mysterious train that can never be seen. As of right now, I have casted a seal as to where only you and your friends can take the train. It is purple with stars on it. You will be astonished by what you will find. You can catch the train in Twilight Town; saying the name "Mysterious Mystery" will allow the train to pop up before you. The other map will show you my many stores around the City of Sora, Kairi and Twilight Town. I wish there was a city of Riku but these darn people don't know a thing here kupo."

Gino then turned around but then stopped and looked at Aquus with a stern face. "You and your friends better prepare yourself. I knew that something was special from the moment I saw all of you. OH! And tell that garlic-breath smelling brat who kicked me out that he needs to start becoming more... hero like with a working mind if I can say. The time is coming soon kupo! The balance is starting to tip!Take that skateboard with you! That is my favorite!" Gino then turned his stave into an umbrella and started to glide into the air...

 

The spell was shot out of the air, literally. Sei fired his pistol from the hip holster it rested in.

"Hypocritical rat." He grumbled, looking at the broken door. "Yells at me about manners before and after breaking into this house without permission. . . What the hell is a Gino anyways?"

Tapping the wood and metal of the door frame, he sighed before lifting what was left of the original door and blocking the entranceway with it. There were gaping holes where the wood splintered and fell apart.

"I s'pose you'll want to stay at my place again?" He asked, heaving another sigh.

As Gino started to fly through the air, something moved through the air at an even faster speed. It was a heartless, and a fast one at that. It took the bag of munny away from Gino and the other bag away from Aquus. It opened up the bag and looked at the amount. Before either Gino or Aquus could stop it, the heartless teleported away with both bags of munny, leaving both individuals with nothing.

The heartless appeared next to Zarnic and handed him the two munny bags. Zarnic quickly looked through the bags. "Those peasants in the poor district truly are poor. They barely had enough for a decent meal." Zarnic snapped his fingers. Another servant appeared. Zarnic tossed the munny bags to him. "Put this in with the rest of today's take." The servant nodded and quickly left the room.

 

"KUUUPOOOO!!!! COME BACK WITH MY MUNNY!! GIVE IT BACK!!! I AM MUNNYBAG!! NOW I AM BACK AT THE AMOUNT OF WHAT I HAD EARNED TODAY OF 3,700 KUPO!! Grrr!! HERE!!" Gino threw an advanced version of the Struggle wand at Aquus' face and started to take out a small stone with a star on it. "Stupid heartless! Make sure that you compete in the Struggle Xtreme Tournament that is two days from now! I will be competing in it too kupo! AU REVOIR KUPO!!" He used the stone but it didn't heed to his call. He ended up frustrated and used his stave to bang on it several times until it glowed. He then changed into a star and went after the shadow...

 

Because Gino was following the heartless, Gino appeared in Zarnic's room. It was much warmer than the outside. There was a flash, alerting Zarnic that someobdy was in his building without permission. He turned to look at the intruder. "Who dares to approach me?" It was then that Zarnic noticed the star shard. "What an interesting object. I'm sure that would fetch quite a price at the market. So tell me. Who are you and why have you approached me?" Zarnic didn't bother asking how Gino got there. He figured that Gino used that star shard to reach him.

 

"Where in the world am I?" Gino started to look around as he changed back into his original form. he then saw, in his perspective, a stinky-looking man. "Ew ew ew kupo. You are so filthy filthy. How in the world did that shard brought me here. My magic need some adjusting. I really need to ask the sorcerer one how to have more control over it." Gino started to look all around and used his stave to send out several pearl spells to light up the whole room. The whole room was lit up with a bright light. Gino then saw a couch and happily jumped into the chair.

"Excuse me kind sir? Sorry to come in here on accident but did you see a funny looking black person with ugly yellow-ping pong ball eyes. It took my munny. People in this generations are so rude." Gino put up the star shard away and concealed it. His hat started to shine as Gino started to smile. " I really need a cup of tea kupo..."

 

Zarnic sighed, putting his hand over his face. "What an insolent fool." Zarnic snapped his fingers, destroying all those pearl spells Gino made. "You're ruining the ambience of my room. I find it funny, how hyppocritical you are. You say people of this generation are rude, and yet you barge into my home, start randomly casting magic, call me filthy, and jump on my furniture." Zarnic snapped his fingers. A few guards walked into the room. "Arrest this... Thing. He attempted to kill me by using magic." The guards picked up Gino by his pom-pom. One guard took his stave away. Another guard searched him, taking away the star shard and Gino's munny bag. "Sir, he had these on his person." Zarnic took the objects. He looked in the munny bag. "3,700. A bit better than my earlier tax return." A heartless appeared. Zarnic handed him the munny bag. "I believe you encountered this individual before. Here's his munny as a prize." The heartless took the munny bag, bowed, and dissapeared. Zarnic put the star shard in his pocket and held on to the stave. "Now get him out of my sight." The guards bowed, chained up Gino, and took him away to the dungeon.

The guards walked through an underground passageway in the building. They soon reached a massive hole. "Because you used magic, your punishment his here. An anti-magic field is constantly in effect, preventing the use of any magic at all. Lord Zarnic is generous enough to allow you freedom if you can manage to get out." They tossed Gino into the hole. The hole went down several hundred feet into an open area with other prisoners.

"GWAAAH! NOT YET!!!" Gino started to flap his wings as hard as he can but the chains was on him and he started to fall and he crashed into nasty puddles of green goo. "Dang it all! Now I have to figure out how... what?" Gino started to look around and saw that there were other prisoners. "Oh my! What did this bad bad person did to all of you?" Gino started to go straight into a room and started to close his eyes. He fell into a deep sleep and he fell into his own awakening. Yen Sid sat in a chair smiling at him.

"So... you finally went and got yourself stirred up in a larger pile of trash on a dung hill." Gino started to to close his eyes in shame. "Sorry Master Yen Sid. I am so sorry. I don't know what had happen. I am still having a hard time in controlling my greed on munny."
Yen Sid started to chuckle as he stood up from his chair. "You know... just because you went and had a lot of things taken from you does not mean that it is the end of the world." Gino opened his eyes with pleasure. "I KNOW! I KNOW! But guess what?! I met them! This strange feeling from these kids who are about around the same age as I am! I felt this presence! They may be able to put the balance right back in place!"
Yen Sid then started to frown. "But when you overreacted..." Gino started to look down onto the ground as he watch the image of himself with his eyes closed with the image of pyreflies, a weapon that is still trying to take shape and the moon shaped up in the form of a soul of a familiar figure. "I did not bother to check the presence of that mean man. I didn't realize that he was of evil. Twas my fault for being so careless." Yen Sid started to walk to him and started to smile as he put his hands on his shoulders. "To see an apprentice to realize the errors of his ways and yet still have the will to move on; You have shifted my spirit."
Yen Sid started to snap his fingers and the star shard and the stave that was in Zarnic's possession started to glow. "I will only be able to interfere with reality just this once. Still... I have a mission for you." Gino started to look at Yen Sid with curiousity. "What do you mean?" "The kids that you have just met. Make sure that they come to the tower. Persuade them to connect with their inner self. You can tell from as to how the skies were darkened. I fear that the events will soon to unravel. We must take precaution." Gino started to smile as his awakening started to glow. "Do not worry! I will not fail! I will become a better watcher over the people kupo!"

Everything started to shine and the star shard and Gino's stave disappeared and went right back to Gino's possession as Gino awakened. "KUPO! Thank you Yen Sid! Now for me to figure out about this prison." Gino was still upset because even though the star shard glowed, he won't be able to use it because of the seal. "Darn it! I really need to find someone to help me. *sigh* Might as well get some information on this place..."

 

Zarnic looked as his recently aquired objects dissapeared. "Somebody daring to use magic against me. And right as I had an idea with using that star shard. If I had to guess, I'd say Yen Sid is the only one powerful enough to do what was done. If that's true, then Yen Sid will have more of those star shards." Zarnic then began planning on how to get one of those star shards.

"Hmm... I will need to capture all of his world for multiple reasons. My magic should be on par with his. If not, it should be close. I don't need to take his tower yet, not until everything is ready. But I will need another one of those star shards. It will take time to implement the shard's power to be properly used. But if I do this right..."

"You called, sir?" A person asked as he entered Zarnic's room.

"Ah, yes. I want you to gather three squadrons and get them ready. One squadron of heartless, and two squadrons of humans. They are to be ready in the plaza within ten minutes."

"What do I tell them?"

"That I have a personal assignment for them. Tell them that I will be accompanying them."

"Sir." The man nodded before leaving.

Zarnic pointed to a wall, shooting out a bolt of lightning. The lightning stopped before it hit the wall, instead taking a human shape. It then looked like an exact copy of Zarnic. "You are to go with the squadrons to Yen Sid's tower. You are not there to kill him. If he does die, then yay for me. Your goal there is to steal something." Zarnic made a hologram of the star shard. "It will look like this. Once you get your hands on it, disperse yourself. You will instantaneously warp here with whatever you are holding." A box appeared near the lightning clone. "In the box are three identicle objects. One for each squadron. Have them place them around the base of the tower. Do that before you enter the tower to retrieve the object. That is all." The clone nodded, grabbed the box, and left the room.

 

Aquus walked up to the propped remains of the door and gave it a knock before moving it to the side so that he could see the others, "I don't wish to intrude," he began, attempting to put what was left of the door back together, "But I can't help but feel this is partly my fault. If you want, I can help you with cleaning up."

Gino started to walk around with his stave, Yen Sid's hat on his head and the star shard in his possession. He started to talk to the people, trying to get more details on what was going on in the mist. "So... you are saying that this man's name is Zarnic? OH YEA! The snooty little ruler over the City of Sora. He is not good in the publicity of being famous. I am still curious. How come he locked all of you down here?" He started to get more insight as to what Zarnic has been doing but he started to become irritated. "KUPO?! He is more stingy than I am over munny! If you don't have what he seeks, he would throw you down here? that is cruel indeed!" Gino started to pace back and forth but then started to take a stave and started to make marks on the floor. "Master... I wonder if he is the one who is leading the heartless. Maybe his heart has been corrupted?" Gino's hat started to glow and Gino started to feel Yen Sid's presence within him. "Hurry. There is not enough time."

Gino started to stand up but then saw a lady with a few other people who was plotting something. "Excuse moi? Um... may you please tell me more on the insight of this place?" The lady started to look at him curiously but then started to tell the others to go back to their base. "You must not get yourself involve with all of this. Everyone tried to go against Zarnic's forces. Some was turned back and some have lost their hearts. We are trying to make an escape. One where even though everyone won't be able to escape, at least we will be able to expose Zarnic's secrets." Gino started to smile and started to take a victory pose. "You shouldn't be worry about me. I am the Great... nah. Reminds me of this brat who acts like she's the best samurai of them all because she has some lineage tied to some foolish ninja. The Mighty Gino! Nah. Makes me to feminine. Gino the Sorcerer! Gino the Moogler? Gino the Guardian? Nah. Just call me Gino kupo." The two shook hands and the lady addressed herself as Marianne as the two started to walk to a secret hideout.

Gino started to discuss about his life with the others and over their mission on what to do. "So... you have been in this prison for three months and you tried to give these people hope? This is very disturbing." "I know. We have already made a map as to what the map looks like but we still don't know where the exit resides." Gino then stood up and tried to change his stave into a different weapon but wasn't able to, which made him feel bad. "I know that this is depressing but we must not give up!" Gino started to head for the door and smile. Come on! I have a plan kupo!" Gino and Marianne and another man followed behind him as they went to a small gate. "Now... we won't be able to take along everyone. It must be us three. That way, one of us can come down here and bring in the other prisoners but it must be in small groups. Well... shall we go." Marianne started to smile as she prepared for the offense with her fists. "I may not have my weapons but I am capable of holding on my own." Her supporter beside her also prepared to fight. Gino then looked forward behind the small gate with determination. "Zarnic... you frighten me; you will not succeed..."

 

Sitting in a corner of the magic locked prison area Cavus looked up at the mention of escape. Cavus always enjoyed spending his free time in the prison area watching people descend into madness or make feeble attempts at escapes, and he especially enjoyed watching them lose their hearts. He always made it a point to study those bodies.
He started paying close attention to the strange small creature...George?..Gina? Something with a G..and the Feisty woman Marianne, their attempt to escape would be an amusing venture, so Cavus quietly got up and tailed them as they attempted their escape.

 

Gino and Marianne opened the gate and ventured farther. They started to look around and realized that there were some heartlesses and guards who were working side by side with each other. "Dang it. What should we do?" Gino started to run up to one of the guards and he jumped up into the air and came down with a big slash at his head. The guard was knocked out. "Go out full force! If we're seen, knock them out too. We will just keep on fighting until we find a way out." Marianne looked at him as though he just want to be reckless but she saw that they had no other choice. "Very well. Let us go."

The three started to run down the stairs and took a left. Two soldier heartless appeared in front of them and they tried to engulf them. Marianne was taking care of one heartless with her fists and started to do flips while Gino was on the defense with his stave. The male soldier was assisting Marianne as he did a quick punch at the heartless and released a heart. "This isn't working. CYCLONE!" Gino started to react to the way the soldier heartless was preparing a special attack and Gino started flying towards it and destroyed it with his stave, releasing the heart from it also. "This is so scary. Come on!" They started to go into stealth mode, trying to do their best to avoid being seen and fight whenever a guard or a heartless found them. Marianne started to swing her legs and knock one heartles into a wall and made it unconscious for a little while. "This isn't working. How can we..." Gino started to tell Marianne to shush as he started to feel a presence. The three started to hide behind a brick wall and saw several wizard heartless started to go towards something. "What are they doing?" Marianne started to become curious at this but Gino didn't pay no attention and started to tip toe behind them. They then saw a large door that was sealed by magic. The wizards started to use their staves and broke the seal on it and continued on. Gino started to look funny as he started to sniff the air. "I smell munny..."

 

Cavus watched as the little trio of hero wannabes fought their way through the units Zarnic placed to guard the area. i told him to place stronger guards here he thought to himself as we watched the trio rip through every obstacle the prison had to offer at this stage. They are faring much better then i had anticipated them too, i was right to follow them, i should tell Zarnic about this little hiccup
Cavus then opened a corridor of darkness and entered Zarnic's room. Kneeling on the ground with his head bowed he started telling Zarnic about the trio, "Master, that little creature you threw into the magic locked prison joined forces with that girl who was causing problems a few weeks ago, they have made it past the first round of guards, the little rat said something about munny when he reached the door, what do you have behind it? And in the scenario of them actually being able to make it to the end will what are you going to do about your word?..."

 

The three started to run down the hallway until they saw some prisoners at work. A few were getting whipped. Some lost their lives for no reason and others had suffered from illness. "This is far far too evil!" Gino started to become more upset at this but Marianne started to sense someone coming and grabbed Gino by the shirt and the three hid behind a cart. Large heartless were flying in the air called Dark Followers and they were trying to find someone. They started to fly down to the ground and Marianne gave out a sigh of relief. "This is where people are put to work. A few are lucky enough to work just so that they can repay their debts." Gino started to sniff in the air some more and he started to run real fast with big eyes. Marianne yelled after him but Gino didn't pay any attention to her. What matters to him was that there was something for him.

They started to dodge and avoid being seen by anyone who are suspicious of them and the male soldier started to get tired. Marianne told him to rest for a little bit and Gino and Marianne went on ahead. All of a sudden, Gino stopped in front of a locked door. "Darn! A combination!" Marianne started to look at it and started to hesitate. " I would try to break the lock but then someone might come by and realize that we have broke in." All of a sudden, the same heartless who stole Gino's earnings came by and encountered them. It started to panic and tried to use its antennaes to warn his fellow comrades. "OH NO YOU DON'T!" Gino took his staff and made the heartless fly into several trashcans. The heartless was fast asleep after that and the key layed right where he originally stood. "Alright! A key!" Gino grabbed it and used the key on the lock. "Let us see what is behind this lucky door..."

 

"If they actually can get out of the dungeon, they're free." Zarnic answered. "But I just might go and find them. Odds are, our latest prisoner has something that will be required. The woman though.... Maybe I'll keep her here. I've got a feeling she's an important prisoner." Zarnic started to turn around to look out the window again. "Oh, and as for what is behind that door." Zarnic thought up a suitable explanation without actually explaining what it was. "Basically it's a factory. Nothing more."

A heartless appeared near Zarnic. "Go find the little creature and the girl. Examine them, but do not confront them. If the little creature is holding something that looks like this," Zarnic made an image of the star shard appear in his hand, "Come back and tell me." The heartless nodded and dissapeared.

The heartless reappeared near Gino. It remained in the shadows, hidden from Gino. It constantly surveyed him, looking for the star shard.

 

Gino opened the door with the key and saw that there was a long hall. "OK! I know that I smell munny here! Where is it?!" Gino started to run down the aisle while Marianne started to become more annoyed by his obsession with the precious currency. Gino started to see a large-arc gold trimmed with red and white but there was no doorknob on it. "DANG IT ALL! A dead end!" Marianne started to look around and then started to see something strange. "That is rather odd." She walked up to the corner and saw a tiny small button that almost no one can see. She pressed the button and the door opened. Everything in the room started to shine and Gino's eyes sparkled like a kitten. "Kupo kupo kupo kupo kupo kupo KUPO!" Gino's pom-pom started to spin and he immediately jumped on one of the large piles of munny.

"IT IS MINE! ALL MINE!! Wait a minute! This is the bag that was stolen from me! And this is the other belonging that the little boy gave to me and this is the other bag that was stolen form him! Oh well. MORE FOR ME!" Marianne and her ally started to look pleased and started to look around for anything of interest. "MY WEAPONS! All weapons that were confiscated from us! It is here!" Marianne immediately grabbed her initial bows and long daggers while her ally grabbed his own weapons. Gino went a little bit too greedy and put more munny in two of the three bags. "THERE! That makes 7,500 munny all in one day! Add that with my other earnings at home and I have 12,500! CHA-CHING!" Gino then became distracted as he saw a book that was ancient and a few documents. "What is this? This is very rare to see in this day and age. Might as well pick it up." Marianne ended up finding her most precious item that she took care of since she was a child. A necklace made out of seashells in the shape of a star resided. Marianne also saw some a scrapbook and some crayons and she took interest in them. "Now all we have to do is to find a way out. Still... where is the way out?"

 

Cavus began to grow bored as Zarnic talked, so when Zarnic had finished he(Cavus) decided to go have some fun with the prisoners. He went to his room and replaced his hidden blades with fakes, he was looking to have fun not to kill. Then he grabbed a map that he drew of everything in Zarnic's residence, and he returned to the dungeon to find the three prisoners. He decided the best way to find them was to start at the beginning and retrace his steps, as he walked he noticed everyone they had encountered was still unconscious, "wow they sure did a number on these pathetic weaklings" he mumbled to himself, speculating on their potential power. Finally he found them, they were in a vault of some kind the girl and the man had restored their weapons that he had confiscated from them when they first arrived, and the rat was going crazy shouting about how rich he was.
then the girl said something and Cavus saw the perfect opportunity to have his little fun.

"I can show you the way out...if you pass my test" came his reply from the shadows....

 

"Oh no. Not you again." Marianne started to become more annoyed as she saw him standing by the entrance. "Who is that kid?" Gino started to look at him strangely. "He looks like he didn't take a bath in weeks! He also don't know appropriate attires." Marianne still stared at Cavus with a frown as she was readying her bow. "He's nothing to worry about. He's just another one of Zarnic's toys to play with. Tell me. What are you here for? Still begging for food from your master's plate I presume." Gino started to become impatient and he started to pick up a big, chunkful of munny from a pile and threw it at Cavus. "We don't want to be in this hell hole!" Marianne then shot an arrow at Cavus as the munny was still flying towards him and the male soldier charged at Cavus.

 

Cavus ducked under the aerial assaults, swiftly plucking a larger munny out of the group, "thanks for shopping at Cavus' house of kick @$$, now here's your change" he yelled taking quick aim he threw it at the the charging male soldier hitting him square in the fore head, stunning him for a second, all the time he needed, he rushed foward, grabbing the soldier by the arm, threw him at Gino, then he quickly opened a corridor of darkness and slipped inside appearing at the other end of the room. Then he picked up a staff that was lying with the weapons and twirled it around giving it a good weight and stability judgment, then he crouched into a fighting stance and opened another corridor of darkness and held out a rolled up piece of parchment, "this map can lead you out, show you ever nook and cranny of this dungeon, you can have it if you beat me", he then tossed it into the corridor, and charged at marianne before she could launch another arrow, swinging the staff at her head...
