Why Luxord wasn't in CoM

    because it would be redundant. Think about it, CoM's battle system revolves around cards so Luxord would be using cards to use...his cards.:D

    Or maybe he just wasn't a valid and established character at that point. Or maybe it was that the game's mechanics didn't allow Sora to be turned into a dice. It'd be a waste of animation just to do new sprites for only one battle.

    In my opinion, I say that it would have been so obvious and simple. Not only that, Luxord's personality does not match as to have control of the keyblade wielder. Luxord also more into making a game out of anything while Marluxia is suitable for being manipulative and deceptive to get his prize. Plus, Saix said that he and Xemnas knew that Marluxia was up to something and that it was best to send him to Castle Oblivion. Luxord really have no intent and he is more laid back.
