BBS Story Discussion [Spoilers]

I'm so happy that it actually had something to do with the main story! Can't wait for Kingdom Hearts 3.

 

CoM and 358 were relevent to the plot Ventus(well CoM was more than 358). CoM explained the gap in 1 and 2 while 358 explained Roxas; both very relevent points. and Coded/ReCoded pretty much sets the stage for 3. how could you say that the others didn't?



my opnion of Ventus(the BBS character, not the user above me); like Roxas, he was way to stupid. he only got smart right at the end when it was too late.
Terra, same problem, but not to the same extent as Ventus.
to be honest, Aqua is the only character with brains out of the three of them. the other two would get lost by walking down a straight road.

 

well that's a very negative view on the story. I think Birth By Sleep, storywise, could be better than KH2 except for the Disney orientated experience. The secret endings were awesome. Unlock all the Xehenort Extracts and then you can see the final chapter!

 

yes story wise it is awesome, but Terra and Ventus' stupidity made me wanna bash my head against a wall. easily the best story of the series but that doesn't stop me from insulting the idiots. just like any other critic, you have to tell the good and the bad. and while Aqua had a couple retarded moments, most of the stupid seemed to be split between Ventus nd Terra.
as for the villains; Vanitas was just annoying, butMX was f***ing badass.

 

In my opinion, I enjoyed every character in the game. I thought it was done very well and their stupidity is their weakness.

 

Ehh, I didn't enjoy this game as much as everyone else seems to. I wouldn't say it was better than Days, i'd say they we're about equal (I know i'm going to get shot for that, but yeah... ) I'm not saying it was a bad game, not at all. I'm just saying that with Days, I wasen't really expecting anything, as it was my first KH game, whereas I was expecting a fair amount from BBS, it just felt sort of... repetitive and alot of lines/bosses etc i felt was just reused with a different character.

 

It's pretty easy to critisize from the outside about someone's actions. Especially when you already know the storyline. Terra wasn't stupid, he was being manipulated by someone who he THOUGHT he could trust. Ven also wasn't stupid, Ven was trying to keep his friends together and safe.

Also, I love Vanitas. His variation form his calm, collected self to the near insanity that shows itself at times makes him seem menacing, and without even close to a care about it. MX is the annoying one. His scheme isn't even that evil, he just has to do bad stuff to get there.

 

For the most part, Terra was unlucky. But admittedly, there was stupidity between all three of them. They should've traveled together. While it was difficult for them to do so with the rate at which Terra traveled, they had the opportunity to do so at Radiant Garden. When Terra shot that dark blast at Braig he should have realized he was traveling a dangerous path on his own. By keeping Ven and Aqua with him, I believe he wouldn't have been corrupted by the darnkess so much. And when Terra went up to Eraqus and Ven, he should have listened to Ven instead of tossing him aside.

Also, I found some of Ven's story a little wierd. *Post Radiant Garden* "Hi. I'm Ventus, but everybody calls me Ven. I'm looking for new friends."

 

so I FINALLY beat the game entirely, final chapter in all, which I might add was NOT easy for me, but yay I finally know the whole story. personally I feel so sad for Terra, all this time in KH1 and KH2 I was beating up a different form of Terra's body, even if his heart was long gone, and Xehanort's heart took over his body, it still makes me feel a little sad.

 

maybe a strong heart doesn't create a strong heartless but only a strong Nobody, that's just my guess. but do we ever learn what happens to Aqua after she enters the darkness???

I knew there was a cut scene I missed!!! In the Trinity Archives, under the Theater menu, there's still one more set of ??? for me to unlock, but I thought I finished the final episode, how do I unlock it?

 

OMG!!!!! I hate my life!!!! honestly is it even worth it, cuz I don't feel like it is, especially since Desert just gave me a spoiler of it anyway

 

That is actually debateable. I have yet to beat the Mysterious Figure and yet I have the Mickey Mouse head next to the character files. I believe you need to do everything except beating those two bosses.

 

Well I just watched the entire secret ending on youtube, I feel like a bit of a cheater, but I just don't have time to fully complete the journal, all I have to say about the secret ending is HOLY CHIZZ!!!!!
