Hey all, Tetiro of the Phoenix Heart team (We did have a site but I've gotta remake it). Sorry about Star Travellers not making it to Competition 6 (Or GMC for that matter. I need to talk to my composer for the project.) So as an apology, we're working on another game. However this time we're gonna work on a shooter, expanding on our limits. This is a one off game and instead of being linked to Mythia, it's tied into Star Travellers. You'll understand why when you EVENTUALLY get to play episode 5 of Star Travellers.

A word of warning. Although the technical demo is suitable age 12+ GMC'ers, the episodes will be age 15+ due to mature content. And no there is no sexual content. That's one thing Phoenix Heart will never do.

Anyway, we've released the technical demo as we want you to nit-pick the bugs/glitches in it. Plus to make sure it's going along with the shooter theme. So we'd like feedback please.

How To Use The Weapons
All the Melee weapons are a Z key press
To fire a single Quickfire shot, press the Z key. To rapid fire, hold Z
One Handed and Two Handed weapons can be either hold or press Z

Note Before The Download Link
As this is our first shooter it isn't going to be the best in the world. We just hope it entertains you all. And in the area you're given it's meant to have clouds. Another thing to note is the ??? armour is hardcore because you need to be hardcore to get it once you play first episode onwards. This goes the same for the very powerful laser. A final note is that the MELEE weapons have been DISABLED as we know they will work properly.

I've added the first screenshot of the game. Once I've done a bit more work I'll release a technical demo.

 

I shall be releasing a demo this weekend. No enemies though. Gotta go back to working on Mythia

 

Sorry about the very long delay. I've been unwell, climbing, camping and studying taking up alot of time. I'll post the technical demo tonight
