Like a sponge in water, Lars absorbed each of the Headmaster’s words. He wanted to believe in everything he was being told; but there were things that were still bugging him, even after hearing them from a Master of the Keyblade. He’d never really felt himself a being of the Light. If was of Light, why had been living under such a dark curse? Or was his internal primal inclination nothing more than that… primal, and not truly dark?

He looked around the hall, and saw that most of the students were filing out. Returning to their dorms to settle in for the night. Maybe the time to ask his questions was now, when the Master’s had the time. Gently, he pushed his way through the dispersing students, making his way the front stage were the teachers had assembled.

    *During the speech*
Shane sat uncomfortably next to Skye and the two other people. He listened to the headmasters words carefully. He felt that every word that he had said was true. Shane was most certainly a being of light, and took the title as praise.

    After the Speech:

Shane looked left then right, nothing interesting seemed to be going on, and he was getting tiered. (Shane usually gets tiered after sitting and listening for a while, he's more of a hands on learner) He decided to head in for the night. He said good bye to Skye and was on his way. He walked silently observing the people around him. They all seemed like very normal suitable students. He reached his dorm and fell in a heap on his bed. His eyes wouldn't shut just yet though. He was thinking. What a fantastic first day. It was so good to be in a new area for once. So many new faces so many sites to see. Shane then closed his eyes and fell into a deep sleep.

Skye nodded watching Shane leave. He looked around. Soon most of the students were gone. She headed up towards the front. A few teachers stood around talking to a few students. She made her way towards the headmaster.

She looked seeing another student. She recognized him from sitting near her for the speech. He seemed out of place and a little stressed out. She smiled.

"Hey there." Skye said smiling at the boy(Lars) she decided to start a conversation while waiting to speak to the headmaster.

Sai turned, hearing his name being called. He saw Peter and gave a slight smile. He wasn't sure of the Headmaster but judging from his speech, he could tell he wasn't likely going to let him go back home. Sai got up and walked to Peter. "I'm kind of tired." He lied, "I'm gonna go to the room and go to bed." Sai walked out with the rest of the students.

Lily hadn't really cared for the headmaster's speech. Fancy words but nothing truly important. She quietly got up and returned to the courtyard. She looked at some of the other students before picking up on her drawing.
