"Well, now that we're all here, can each of you all hold on to one of these?" Tom asked, taking out some paper from his notebook and giving them to each of the people in his group. "Just fold them up and put them in your pocket or something. They're not too important. They're just something to have in case we get separated or something. I'll be able to instantaneously teleport to wherever you are as long as you hold on to one. I drew the design in ink so they wouldn't fade and become unusable."

Claire looked around the area. "I wonder why we're here." She muttered to herself. "I don't recall Eli being the type of person to send the newest group on a mission on their first day. But if he did, I don't believe it is too dangerous a mission."

Tai and Selene each grabbed a paper from Tom and while Selene shoved it straight in her pocket, Tai studied the mark for a few seconds before he did the same. Tai stayed quiet for a moment as he looked around at their surroundings while his sister kept changing ger focus from clouds to birds to cars. She was like a cat going to a new house for the first time, everything caught her attention but nothing held it for longer than a few seconds. Tai sighed, "So where to first? I mean do any of you even know what we're supposed to do?" Tai then noticed Selene started walking off. He quickly grabbed the back of her shirt and yanked her back. "Stay with the group."
    "Ow Tai, that hurt."

Cassie and Doug looked around. They had no idea what they were doing. Evey walked up to Cassie ignoring the group and looking around.

Doug and Jackson both grabbed the paper and another one for their partners before walking over.

"I'm confused by what we're suppose to do, it obviously was something urgent." Cassie said confused.

"Well I guess we're best just looking around." Evey said to her. Cassie nodded and turned around facing the group. She signaled for the group to follow.

They walked into town before arriving at what seemed like a large park. Cassie continued to walk along down the street while going past an electronic store and she stopped.

"In New York City today it has been reported that someone had come through destroying propery and killing police officers. Marie has more." The news reporter said before it changed.

"Thanks, I'm actually standing on the street of which New York was attack. Crime isn't unusual for a big city, however something was different with this crime. Cars were sliced in half along with officers." The second news reporter reported. "As if you can see behind me the car was cut in half completely." Marie stated.

"Police and city officials are stumped on how someone could do this but they do have an image." The woman stated when an image of a man pointing up a gun. Cassie leaned forward though. She felt herself trembling just looking at the man she could feel his power, the power of a warlock. Cassie made her hand into a fist.

"Found why we're here." Cassie said to the others as they stopped walking. Evey ran back and looked she looked surprise as well.

"A warlock." Evey stated. Doug looked at the screen.

"Why would Eli send beginners after a warlock though?" Doug asked. Cassie just shook her head when her heard ringing in her ears before it subsided. She looked up at the sound to see a large clock tower, but then something interesting happened.

"Argh!" Doug yelled falling to his knees putting his hands on his head. Jackson was as well on the ground doing the samething.

"Doug!" "Jackson!" Both Cassie and Evey yelled at the sametime getting by their partner's side.

OOC:: when Big Ben's clock rings it affects Souls and puts them through pain and making their powers unusable the samething goes for DW's partner, however she won't be in pain just everybody will be able to see her.

Tai got up close to the tv when Cassie pointed it out. He looked long and hard at it but then closed his eyes and sighed. "I can't see the eyes."
"What do ya need to see them for?" Selene asked.
"One of my powers. By looking someone in the eyes, in person or through some other media, I can see everything about that person. Powers, height, weight, and in some rare cases, thoughts. I was hoping to see what we're up against." Tai explained.
"Is that why you don't look people in the eyes?"
"Exactly. I don't want to possibly find out something people wanted to be a secret." Selene nodded in understanding as Big Ben started to go off. She instantly started screaming as she collapsed on the ground. She curled herself into a ball and clutched her ears. "Selene!"Tai shouted as he knelt down at her side instantly.
"...it stop... make it stop.. make it stop... MAKE IT STOP!" She screamed. Tai looked to see the other souls having similar reactions.
    "What's going on?!"

"This ringing isn't good." Claire whispered in Tom's ear. They were behind the group, so nobody would notice Claire immediately. "Bells like this effect souls. It disables their power while it rings. That includes even me. As long as I am connected to you, I will be under the same effect as everybody else's souls. I don't fall down in pain like they do, but I won't remain hidden like usual." The ringing stopped, causing Claire's body to immediately vanish from everybody's sight except Tom's. Claire didn't have to whisper now that she couldn't be seen. "The longer we're here, the higher the risk of me being exposed. I know you don't want to do it, but you may have to use your eyes to quickly end the mission."

"Umm..." Tom spoke to the group. "I know your souls are all still in a little pain, but I think we should continue looking for this warlock. The sooner we complete our mission, the sooner we'll be able to go back and away from this dangerous bell."

Cassie noticed the symptoms and shook her head.

"We're here for the warlock, but that's not why Eli sent us here. He sent us here for the bell." Cassie stated looking up at the huge tower. Doug slowly stood up looking at her confused.

"What are you talking about?" Doug asked her.

"When I was level 3 I did a research paper on wonders of each realms. There was one story I was most interested in because it had something known as 'The Relic's of Light'. People of the different realms don't know of these relics, only a seleective few. It states that long ago before all of our ancestors, there was a God living in Central. God created all the realms including the one that ended up being a bad realm being home to witches and a devil. The devil went to destroy God to gain his powers but failed. God locked the devil away in his realm, so the God created relics putting them in certain realms, the relics are the only thing that unlock the devil not only that reveals the God and weakens not only souls by a lot but can disable all of our powers." Cassie explained to them.

"If a warlock or whatever were to get their hands on those relics everybody in Central would be doomed." Cassie told them. Doug, Evey, and Jackson looked surprised.

"Then we need to get to that bell quickly and before it rings again." Evey stated. Jackson nodded agreeing with her.

Celia was still on the ground.
    "You guys go ahead...."
She was still weak in comparison to the others and Rhett had the same problem. They still didn't know how to control their powers and her resistance to what was happening. Rhett gave out a hand to his soul and she took his hand, helping herself up. She held her head and her feet were unstable. Rhett was still unsure why he was chosen to counter such a task. He was still in the 2nd rank and he was, even in that class, weak compared to the others. He looked down.
"Why was I chosen? We're so weak"

Cassie turned around and looked at the two younger kids in the group. She shook her head.

"I don't think you two are weak. You're both smart for your age. I was that way when I was younger too." Cassie told him. "Ahead of everyone believing I didn't belong ahead of everyone." Cassie told him.

"Everybody's unique. don't worry, now come on we need to get to that bell." Evey told him as well. Cassie nodding with her.

"Relics? I remember those things. Annoyences is what they are." Tai said as he helped Selene to her feet. She was still clutching her head and had a couple tears going down her face. When Celia and Rhett started talking about weakness, Tai just rolled his eyes. He groaned when Cassie comforted them, sappy things like that annoyed him. "If you're weak then Eli wouldn't have put you with us." Tai said. "If that isn't enough then just stay outta our way." Tai didn't mean to come off as rude, he just wanted to get the relic before it went off again. He was extremely protective of Selene and wanted to make sure she wouldn't get hurt again.

"We're wasting time, let's go." Tai said as he sated off towards the clock, holding Selene close to him.
