The Dominion of Everything

Raine nodded understanding and crossed her arms. She could see the look on his face though as if he was counting on seeing the girl he texted. She walked back watching him.

She sat in the driver's seat and looked over at him. "So you like this friend of yours?" She asked referring to like, like. She sat in the seat watching him as the others poured in.

 

Kain jumped in the ship and sat down behind everyone. He didn't understand any of the technology so he wouldn't be any help with it.

Intrio slowly appeared in the area with the others. It was one of the few areas he could be in without any troubles. In fact the area was so large he could grow three times as big and still have room for another three or four of him. Intrio happened to enter just as Matthias gave his report on the four heroes. "Ah yes, I remember that one." He said as he pointed towards Kain. "I held him down as you slayed his father. Such an entertaining spectacle. I wonder though, why do you believe these four will open the door? From what I could tell, that one showed no promise. What did they do that caused you to believe they are our answer?"

 

"A few things." Matthias answered. "First and foremost, the simple fact that they're together. It cannot be a coincidence that they all got together. Not only that, but where they met. They all gathered at Yen Sid's tower. Before I killed that old wizard, he explained to those four that they have been chosen in an attempt to stop us. In addition to that, the boy from Earth has a rather unique weapon. It is a sword made completely out of crystals. It gives off a magical aura, and he summons it at will. And for my final reason, it is more of a hunch. The Earth boy, Jaden, said something to the Hylian. While I believe it was a coincidence that he said it, it made me think. He called Earth the 'World of Creation.' He said that because his companions all hail from worlds that are from fictitious games on Earth. There is something special about Earth, and I believe they will lead us to the answer we seek."

 

Zebryth was started by the almost real-life three-dimensional images that Matthias had displayed before him.
He sighed, "Unfortunately, boys, looks like I know a bit more about the situation than I anticipated as well." Zebryth hovered to the tallest thrown, waving his arm as if to gesture them both to sit.
"It was spoken about this day to come. The day a large group, the Syneptophy, began their cleansing of the universe. Though no one had believed it, there was another myth written out in our ancient prophecy... that five mere people would try to stop us, and unfortunately succeed. Though you said there were four, did you not, Matthias? Well, this only means that we have to stop them from finding that fifth warrior." Zebryth said.
He stood up on his chair, "I'll be assigning mere odd-jobs that the two of you may join me on."

 

OOC: She's not going to do that, like I discussed with you, but there's more where she likes making people happy and stuff.

Raine began to laugh.

"Well then Jaden, we better go find this friend of yours." Raine told him. "Can I see your... phone, I want to try something for a minute." Raine told him. She took his phone and plugged in the cell phone number into the navigation system.

"Found her, so should we walk or fly in. She seems to live sort of on the outskirts of town." Raine explained looking at the map.

 

"Will you two just make up your minds?" Malisa snapped, impatient from all the inaction. "The clock is running down on this dimension as we speak, so I'd really like to get working BEFORE everything goes to ruin."

She was speaking from the heart on this one, past experience making its way to the fore of her thoughts. But this was much bigger than last time. It wasn't a hidden threat versus an off-guard organization. This was the fate of an entire line of reality as she knew it.

 

Xohka heard Zebryth's call, but he definitely had no clue about Where Nothing Gathers. He didn't have a chance to follow Intrio either so he's been sitting down and meditating. "Dammit! Why couldn't we pick a better place for HQ?" he shouted mentally. He decided to go to a random world, mainly because it was his job to get the food. Another job was to assassinate the leader of every world. "None of them appreciate what an assassin does. A little reward beforehand can go a long way," he thought. Xohka had a few more minutes of recharging before he can create a portal.

 

"You're being weak, Xemnos. And in front of your colleagues?" Zabryth began, "Oh, please. Enough will be revealed in time, my young hero-- now we must focus on bigger things. I have a mission for you and Intrio for instance." Zabryth paused, hopping down from his throne, "You both will go to Earth and stall the human 'heroes' with out revealing your identities."
"As for me, I will be going with Xohka and Matthias to the Final Fantasy VII world of the Square Enix universe. Any objections?"

 

Malisa summoned her Dazzle spell to remedy their current situation, and an orb of light appeared to illuminate the whole cabin. Unbuckling herself from the seat, she shook out the crick in her neck that the crash gave her.

"And THIS is why I hate gummi ships. So unreliable." She commented, brushing any glass that came from the broken lights off. She then asked, "Anyone know where we are?"

 

Xohka was done recharging and opened his portal to anywhere. He appeared next to a tall white throne in a middle of a giant circular room that seemed to have no entrances. In it, he saw all of his colleagues including the oversized Intrio who can finally fit in a room. "Oh, hell," Xohka said quietly. "So this is where it is." He saw Xemnos and Zabryth arguing but decided to stay out of it.

 

Raine sat up. she stood up.

"I'm fine. That was weird, it was more like the ship was possesed on where to go." Raine stated. When Malisa lightened up the cabin. Clanking could be heard. She knew what it was, heartless maybe nobodies. She watched Jaden open the door and she saw some of the yellow eyes as he pushed the waves away knowing exactly what they were, confirming her thoughts, heartless.

She ran next to him and swung at the next wave and then the next before they were all taken care of. She stood up and looked around. The world was completely dark and hard to see. Her keyblade glowed some. The world though she could see somethings, but nothing really to identify their location.

"Where are we...?" Raine thought aloud.

 

"It would be really nice if you would leave some for me next time. And by the looks of it, you could have used the help." Malisa commented on the two exhausted teens. "It doesn't seem like the ship is running anymore, so we're going to have to figure out a plan. I don't know about you, but I'm going to work on a variation for my reality traveling spell."

She leaned up against the now broken Gummi ship, pulling two books out of Hammerspace, making notes in one while reading the other.

 

"A little help please?" Kain said as he messed with his seatbelt. He was stuck and couldn't reach his sword to simply cut loose.

Intrio quietly listened as their leader argued and gave his commands. When Xohka finally arrived Intrio spoke. "If you would open the portal Xemnos then we can leave." Intrio raised himself up and spread his wings slightly. He wasn't liking that he had to leave so soon but was wanting to see the 'heroes' with his own eyes so he didn't argue.

 

Raine was surprised that Jaden took her hand, and the way he took it made her blush, she wasn't sure why neither. 'Why am I blushing, first the sandwhich now this.' Raine continued walking when Jiminy Cricket hopped up on her shoulder and looked at her blushing and smiled. He looked ahead as they were on a road.

Raine stepped forward looking out at the road infront of them focussing on it the best she could in the dark.

Most people can easily adjust their eyes to the dark, Raine could quickly being used to camping out on the islands at Destiny Island, but here she couldn't see anything, even with her eyes adjusting. She looked up at the sky, black as black can get. A few cloud movement could be seen.

Why were they here, the ship had been possesed she knew that, just didn't know why, and why they were brought here. She continued to walk down the road little light illuminating from her keyblade.

"Something's not right here..." She finally managed to say.

"You're telling me, this road, where could it possibly lead?" Jiminy stated.

"Does it lead anywhere though?" Raine asked Jiminy.

"Well most roads lead to somewhere? But does this road lead to something good or bad?" Jiminy stated aloud. Raine shook her head unsure.
